По прибытию никого не оказалось на ресепшене, персонал появился минут через 5-10. Отель расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы по холмистой местности от моря, магазинов, кафе. Центр Бодрума находится ещё дальше. В общем не удачное расположение. В номере не очень чисто: пыльные полки, плохо помытая посуда, неприятный запах из холодильника. Не работала плитка, но персонал отеля (когда мы случайно на него наткнулись) любезно предоставил другую. Не работает фен (выключается через минуту), электрический чайник оставлять делать лучшего. Постельное белье постиранное, но с пятнами. Плюсы: удобная кровать, красивый вид на марину из окна

this was a really lovely place, the photos do not do it justice. We arrived last minute after refusing to stay at another place that was awful and dirty that ******* refuses to remove from their website. HOWEVER, despite us arriving in at about 10.30 pm the owners her helped us settle in.
location : Initially I thought it was going to be too far to walk to the marina but its closer than they state on the details. we walked everywhere. theres also a taxi company right at the end of the road. plus a bus stop too.
We had an excellent and relaxing stay.
It has a balcony and theres a pool and patio downstairs. The a/c was working great . its quiet and was spotlessly clean. theres a tv and you have use of a washing machine.
this is a great location if you do not want to be right on top of the night life. At the end of our 5 night stay we went for a walk around the houses locally and the neighborhood is very nice/upmarket.
We loved that we could get groceries and be independent for breakfast.

We arrived very late after a delayed flight plus cancelling another hotel booking that had been dirty. It was bliss to be let into this lovely clean roomy apartment. They seem really nice. But there bed linens are a bit crisp. Everything else is good. Its just an easy downhill 10 min walk to restaurants/ beach marina. (They have over estimated) but when tired, we get a cab back approx 150 tl.

We had a great apartment with a terrace, twin bedroom, lounge, shower room and kitchenette. Good: Views were fantastic, very quiet at night, nice to have own large space, and cooking facilities, clean, very good value for money. It is between Gumbet and Bodrum. Things worth considering: Pool was not functional, but we were out of season so fair enough. Up a massive hill and out of the main area (fine for us, but some would struggle with the walk back uphill - taxis are cheap, min charge is 100TL - around £3 which will generally do). We had to ask for an extra flat sheet for the beds as the beds did not have duvets, they were like a thin rough material and out of season it was a bit cold. This was provided immediately by host, so all fine.

Very good apartment, clean and well priced. It takes about 15 mins to walk into the centre, but there are also taxis nearby

No frills no extras. Literally rooms for travellers and explorers. If you just need a bed to sleep on and will be out and about all day every day then this is ideal and well priced.
Located in a safe quiet area between gumbet and the bodrum marina.
Taxi rank is near by if u dont feel like walking but we did and found it to be only a 10 min walk to the bodrum marina.
