It was very noisy and there were roaches in the bathroom. Check in was smooth, though. The garage is an accident waiting to happen with all the twists ans turns. We almost got into a head on collision when we first entered. All in all i would definitely NOT stay here again.

The service here is lackluster. Much of the staff seemed to lack basic communication skills when it came to questions or basic needs. Always a confused look on their face.

Very dissapointing stay! Rooms are depressing in decor; beds have a thin, rough cover; windows are dirty and uninviting to look outside; mini market in main floor is poorly stocked and staff is slow and not customer friendly.

Our go to hotel when we are in Boca. Very centralized to Palm Beach State, FAU, beach, Mizner (restaurants and bars). Included breakfast has lots of options (not the usual fare). Staff very friendly.

Stay was fine - front dest team were very good. Its just another typical Hyatt - could have been any one of the hotel chains....Nothing amazing. Clean rooms and pretty decent. Best thing about it is the location - walking distance to shops and Starbucks

Overall a bit of a disappointment. Having stayed a multiple Hyatt hotels over the years, we expected better or $400 per night. Nothing that made the room inhabitable but missing trim, frayed carpet, a bathroom door that barely slide on the track, peeling paint in the bathroom - just not the quality we are used to seeing at Hyatt. The pool, breakfast, and overall service was good though.

We had an upgraded high floor room King bed that was directly across the hallway from an open door room with an ice machine that was as loud as a freight train all night long our first night. Additionally the room had a musty smell, and the couch had a number of stains on it. We changed rooms the next morning, but they didn’t have an equivalent room ( switched to lower floor with 2 queens instead of king). Breakfast was included, but was very mediocre and difficult to find a table to sit at. Location was good.

Cons: dated hotel, average condition, some room amenities poorly maintained, such as broken hinge on furniture, very weak water pressure in bathroom sink. Pros: good location, convenient in building parking ($23.50 per night), generous breakfast, upbeat staff.

We stayed for a wedding and it was really nice no complaints. The bathroom does need an update.
