Quiet a old property with thin walls, you could hear noice at night, service was exceptional.

For $250 a night, I expected much more, than We received- no complimentary breakfasts, NO clean towels for 4 days,(they claimed I needed to display NO placards on the room door when we left the room.) no explanation about this when we checked in, hence no clean towels for 4 days. We called the front desk about this on our 4th night there, and was told they'll be right up. They never showed up, and nothing was left outside my door. The front desk teams, consisting of 2 women, were more concerned about checking in people on the phone, then those standing in front of them, at the front desk! It seemed like the knowledgeable clerk was always on the phone, and the new person was taking care of the check-ins. I asked about complimentary Breakfast in the morning, and was told there was none. There was no hair dryer in the room for my wife, to dry her hair. I spoke to the front desk, and the supervisor were looking for one. When we left the room that morning, my wife had to towel dry, and brush her outside the room, where there was a breeze, to help dry her hair. Then we went to a restaurant that served breakfast, and ate.

Arrived to find they had none of the room I booked available(2 double bed 2/sofa) so they instead gave me 2 rooms with king sized beds for the same price. Way more room for my friends and I. Only down side was my bed was not at all put together. Had to place the mattress cover, top sheet, case the pillows, etc. Sofa bed had no noticeable pillows or sheets tho. Friends in 2nd room did not say they had any of these issues

The staff and service was fantastic . Quteel Adderley was such a delight , she made our stay very comfortable and was very accommodating. The tiki bar staff had great food and service especially Gaston. The rooms are spacious and clean .

I chose this due to convenience for my business however, I did not complete my stay. This was undoubtedly one of the dirtiest and rundown places I have ever stayed. It needs a COMPLETE redo. If remodeled it could be a really fun small resort feel property but it needs A LOT of attention to get it there. The staff was friendly…overly friendly honestly, trying a little too hard. The room was a mush mash of furnishings. Floors all very dirty. There was so much space under the door to the room that you could see the sunlight which was making the curtains blow. In addition, the door was shaking all night long. Air vent was filthy. The shower floor was the dirtiest shower I have ever seen. I laid a towel down before I would step in and then decided to just for go a shower. Felt more seedy than comfortable. Bed comfort was ok but the sheets were so old that the fabric was pilled up. Just wanted out and never to return. Do something to this place!!! It could be really cool but right now, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone!

HORRIBLE. I won't go back for sure. VERY noisy after midnight. I couldn't sleep well. I had to call to front office to let them know, and hope they'll do something. But NOTHING HAPPENED. There were people slamming doors and taking TOO loud. REALLY TERRIBLE. The front desk personnel don't know what to be friendly is at all. Also, early in the morning, you can hear the housekeepers carts running along the hallway. The cart wheels are not the proper ones for that. And they haven't express check out. It was my worst stay in a hotel in a looooong time. And the vibe is not the best neither. I'm sorry, but it's true. I NEVER have left a review like this before. But someone needs to know what's happening in that place.
