My husband and I was shocked by the condition of this hotel. We noticed it was more of a motel verses hotel. Customers seemed to live there and we witnessed ladies of the night with their male guest. The room was musty and wasn’t stocked with proper toiletries. It was a non smoking hotel but the halls wreak of smoke. If we didn’t check in so late that night we would have found other arrangements. If I was alone I definitely would have search for another safer hotel. It was just an overnight stay so we stuck it out. Although the employees did their best to accommodate us it still didn’t make up for the environment. I wouldn’t recommend females going there alone. I wish we could receive our money back.

When I arrived there was no one at the front desk to check me in I had to call for someone to check in. I got to my room there were no towels, I tried to use the wifi didn't work, the coffee maker in my room didn't work ither. The next morning I went to the lobby for the free continental breakfast there was nothing there to eat other than cereal and bad coffee

Our room was clean but very small to walk around. Breakfast was poor the coffee and hot water machine was broken!! We were on the first floor which was loud. The front desk employees were very nice.

Smells like a sewer plant outside and I paid for a queen bed and they gave me a room with two small beds in it

I had made the reservation May 9,2024 on Monday when I check in my room was not ready, so they moved me to a room on second floor I am Handicapped with no elevator causing me extreme discomfort to get to the room. On Tuesday they moved me to the first floor in a handicapped room. during the entire stay there was no TV or internet. And there were roaches in the bathroom. And no maid service all week. THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN.

I reserved two rooms with double beds but there were no rooms available when i got there. It was a nightmare but the staff was very helpful. I dont know who's failt it is.

Liked the new renovations. I thought no drawers was odd. Fridge and microwave worked. Stayed 4 nights requested room service twice, never happened. Had to take out trash and request clean towels. However the towels were soft and very nice. Good breakfast also.

The lobby and the exterior siding has been updated for the web photos. The walls are paper thin and most of hotel is empty but all guests were in adjoining rooms in one part of the building. I could here and feel every movement of the folks on both sides of me. I was disappointed after seeing the nice web photos. A nice vacuuming of the halls would go a long way and if you paint a room go ahead and paint all of the walls.

I have been staying at this property for years and it was becoming run down and in dis repair, but new owners bought it and are completely renovating the place. i couldnt be happier w my stay. so affordable great staff no riff raff, and that is huge in todays hotels!. they are still painting the halls and a few other things but the my room was pristine. i even went down and raved to the girl at the desk how happy i was. if you have stayed here before and are scared of what it was, give it a shot you will not be disappointed
