L'environnement est bruillant, un kebab au pied de l'hôtel ce qui engendre un balai de va et vient de véhicules, le quartier est sale limite en France on dirait que " ça craint ", egalement des conteneurs à poubelles dégueulasses au pied de l'hôtel, misoque àfond jusqu'à4 h du matin; très déçu par l'accueil le personnel n'est pas du tout doté de la moindre politesse, le minimum de bonjour n'est pas marqué sur leurs visages, un en particulier le mister Tarek qui est de garde la nuit, qui fait sonner le réveil de notre chambre à 1h du matin impossible de se rendormir. Et le lendemain la chose qui trouve à redire excusé nous, d'un ton eh ben c'est comme ça c'est pas ma faute, c'est arrivé c'est arrivé. Ce Tarek très désagréable et agressif. S'adresse à vous de manière hautaine . Les chambres ne sont t pas insonorisées, on entend tout chez le voisin, on sent les odeurs de cigarette ect.
Il faut faire le choix entre dormir avec une climatisation aussi bruillante qu'un bâtiment industriel où dormir en transpirant. La piscine salle les sièges et transat dégueulasses, l'environnement de la piscine salle, pas de serviettes de bains etc.
Le petit déjeuner pas varié, rien n'est prévu pour les enfants pas de chocolat chauds ect.
Hotel ne valant pas son prix et ses 4 étoiles.
Nous déconseillons fortement cet hôtel surtout en famille.

On the date of arrival, the hotel staff Faizan was very helpful to arrange for my airport transfer even though was not pre-arranged.
On Wed, the day before checkout, I settled all my outstanding & requested for an invoice but was initially denied citing the reason that I have paid thru Trip.Com. The staff in charge is don’t seem to understand that Trip.Com is just an agent & sole responsibility of issuing invoice liaise with the hotel.
After several discussion, they finally agreed but issued an inaccurate invoice where 4 days stay was itemized instead of 5 days. When I was about to leave the hotel on Thurs, Faizan was on duty & I requested him to make the amendments (to the invoice) for me. He promised to email me the revised invoice but I have not received till now.
So a good impression turned into an unpleasant one on the last day..
