Very very god location! The swimming after the ski is the must! The hot jacuzzi is a real pleasure! Incredible place to go with family, friends and as couple too! We will definitively come back

The hotel staff was very nice and willing to answer questions and meet our needs (e.g. extra blankets as we felt cold during the rainy season). The room was clean and comfortable. In addition, the hotel is nicely located and is very close to the restaurants, shops and the cable car station. Highly recommended.

Solid hotel in a nice location. Lots to do in the area even in the summer months.

My org. checkin time is 4 pm however they said Sunday is busy day so my room is not ready. I will received text msg when it ready. I will be accept half yr delay but not 2-1/2 hrs. It’s very inconvenience for me bringing 3 kids to change at the small public washroom to entry the hotel swimming pool. They even no apologize for the delay or offer me late check out next day. I will not recommend this resort to anyone.

Rooms are dated and in need of maintenance. We checked in and our room had a layer of dust on most surfaces and we had to ask them to re-clean. Nice to have a kitchen with a fridge and stove to cook simple breakfasts and keep snacks/drinks. Pool is great and where we spent a lot of time.

Poor air conditioning, shower handle was broken, no drinking water provided (only tap water) we had to purchase water from outside. Bed was very uncomfortable, too stiff. Toiletries were not provided. We had to buy our own body wash and shampoo. Wifi not working.

Nice unit. Well equipped. Would have preferred a king size bed which would fit quite nicely in the Queen Deluxe unit. Very conveniently situated in the village. Would definitely visit again.
