여러가지로 근사한 호텔이었습니다. 시설도 가격대비 만족스럽게 이용하였습니다. 건축 구조도 한국에 흔하지 않은 스타일이었습니다.

The atrium is beautiful for this building, but the rest of it is out of date. Our room was filthy- there was syrup all over the wall and headboard, pink scum in the bar sink, and stains on the carpet that were crusty…. Gross!!

Hotel staff rude upon trying to check in. Seth at the front desk wouldn’t allow me to check in he told me that they had 2 big parties they were preparing for. (Which had nothing to do with me)I had to get a manager David to help me get checked in. I didn’t know Hilton was so unprofessional. They didn’t try to accommodate me for my horrible experience. Will never book again.

A Disappointing Experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Bloomington/Minneapolis JUST DONT DO IT!! My recent stay at Embassy Suites left much to be desired, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience. Our two rooms had 6 individuals each but only three towels and no extra linen for the sofa bed. When this was brought up to the front staff Amanda stated that was a housekeeping issues and they did not have anything extra to offer. I had overheard her tell another customer that if she spoke Spanish she could ask them and it was her problem. The hotel pool area also had no towels which created a wet mess all over the floors leading to and into the elevator. To begin with, the room I was assigned which I had two booked for a large group was far from the advertised standards. The furnishings were outdated, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. It felt like minimal effort was put into maintaining the rooms, creating an uncomfortable and uninviting atmosphere. The amenities, touted as luxurious, were a major letdown. The staff's attitude further dampened my stay. There was a noticeable lack of enthusiasm and attentiveness. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and the customer service fell short of the basic standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The Front desk staff Amanda was extremely rude and unprofessional. Went so far as to threaten a customer with added charges to her room.

The stay was actually great. No complaints there. The billing part not so much. When we checked in for the night, my significant other and I split the hotel stay, so we were both charged half of the 183.53 bill for the night. He was charged 92 dollars and I should’ve been charged the remaining 91.53. When I looked at my credit card bill online, I’ve been charged the full 183.53 and he was also still charged the 92 dollars. I have called numerous times and have had zero response, and whoever Seth is that is answering their phones, is completely rude and no help at all. We’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last month and a half and will not be returning. It should not be this difficult to get some help to get this resolved.

the only problem was there were no extra blankets, pillows, sheets. I called down and she said I had to come and get them. She ended up having a staff member bring it to the room.

Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Housekeeping does not do your room unless request. Staff needs to inform guest of these policy. And evening reception food can have better selection. Overall the stay e¾

The room was clean. The breakfest omelets good, the pancakes and waffles were not good. The kids enjoyed the pool. Most of the staff were great. It was a little difficult communicating with lots of the staff due to speaking a different language other than english. Overall our 4 night stay was good.

A couple downfall lf this property is there is no hot tub anymore there which our kids were pretty bummed. Also there is a curfew there so ys adults got kicked out of the atrium because it was past 10pm curfew which we got kicked out and told to go to our rooms around 1045pm mind you we were playing a card game and were quiet and our children were in the room already. I would not stay again simply because of not having a hot tub and being sent to our rooms like we were children. The breakfast is amazing and the front desk staff were great just watch out for their evening security man!!!!
