Hotel is very good quality. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Didn’t get to enjoy any food as early departure. Van service is not great. My pickup was delayed significantly and driver when questioned about this got a serious attitude. Morning service to airport with crowded Van. Not enough seats. Needed two vans. Loading luggage took 15 minutes. Good location. Only 10 minutes from the airport and really good rate compared to others

Way to expensive for everything plus put shot on my bill I didn't know what it was for

The location was really convenient. We were able to take the light rail to the Mall of America very easily with good directions from the staff from the front desk. And we were able to catch the hotel shuttle from the mall to the hotel with great ease. The room was very very clean but there was a a bit of a draft from the Minnesota cold. The buffet was great in the morning; however, the pancakes were made before hand and tasted slightly undercooked and a bit cold. But the buffet was generally very good overall. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for renovation. We will return and the pool and hot tub will be working.

This was a nice hotel that was close to the mall. The only thing was the hot tub had so much chlorine our eyes burned and we could not stay in it long.

This place was outstanding! Had an overnight trip and was getting engaged the next day. This stay supplemented the whole experience for us! Lots of family’s staying but there was zero problems. Friendly staff. Friendly guests. If we are ever in Minneapolis-st Paul will be staying here again!

Double check your billing. I was double charged from the hotel even thought I payed through *******. Each company blames the other one and neither one will offer a refund

When checking in they charged 65 dollars and didnt state what for along with 10 dollars for parking which they dont even have listed on their website. The staff who checked us in was aloof in his demeanor towards us. The room was fairly clean, but several areas that if they paid attention to detail wouldnt have been missed (like the cleaning rag left on the side of the bed). The mirrors and windows all had streaks on them, bathroom door was sticky, bedroom door handle was partially broken. When we were getting up from breakfast after done, my spouse moved his plate to stand up and busser got short with him about leaving his dishes there and not touching them which was very off putting. Between the cost of this hotel, hidden fees and how their staff came across we will not go back to this hotel or suggest it to anyone and I've stayed here multiple times in the past 30years and never had these experiences.
