This hotel was amazing. The service was great they are helpful and friendly will definitely book here again the room was so clean had everything we needed

They gave me the wrong room then try to charge me for the I actually order and the pool was so cold we didn't even use it

Water damaged ceilings in hallway and broken a/c cover in room. Water damage in bathroom to room. Tv not working correctly.

Bad all around We had a kitchenette room only enough dishes for people there was 3 of us only 1 pan. One of the pillow cases was dirty, it was noisy, the internet and TV kept going in and out. We'll never stay there again.

Upon checking in checked room it was bugs on are beds we called down to front desk they did change are rooms but it was pretty alarming had to call to get towels and tissue room where not checked regularly had to call to get assistance at all times we spent most of are time outside the hotel stayed 8 days also in that stay 10 cars where broken into and the exterior cameras dont work so those people on vacation where not happy

Highly do not suggest I wouldn’t recommend this place to a single person. From check in, we were told they wouldn’t be cleaning our room because the staff was “too busy”. She told us we could walk down to the front desk for extra essentials if we “really needed them”. That wasn’t terrible so whatever then we get to our room and there’s mold surrounding the heater unit and the exterior window. Disgusting. The tub still had hair in it from the previous guest and there was an empty apple juice jug under the chair. Guess their housekeeping was just “too busy”. We went to go to the pool hoping it would redeem our stay but the pool was insanely cold, no way it was a temp over 60. The room the pool in was also no warmer than 70 which isn’t typical for that environment. The exterior door on the side entrance was propped open with a brick because the card reader was broken. It was left propped the first night which is a huge security risk. I never mentioned this to the front desk because each time we passed, they appeared to simply “too busy” and not from other guests. Super disappointing. The only thing this place has going for it would be the location.
