Nice, friendly Not your usual hotel at all. Great location, very special.

Very convenient location, and the room was very clean. Last minute trip and was so easy to book the room!

My trip was good but could have been a whole lot better. First, I am not one that needs the staff to be over the top when being checked in but at least have a smile and make the person feel welcomed. Either the person was having a bad day or she does not enjoy her job. Secondly, do not put a person in a room next to a room where they are rehabbing. I was only there for one night and the day I was checking out I was working online until the time I had to leave. There was a lot of banging and sawing on the same wall I share with the room next door. The hotel has 180 rooms and it was definitely not booked. Why would you put a guest in a room next door to one they are working on? Lastly, I arrived an hour early and called if I could check in early. I was surprised to be told that it would cost an additional $20 to check in one hour earlier. Please note my earlier point that it was definitely not booked. Other than those 3 points my room was clean and comfortable. I was able to use the fitness center which was nice and enjoy a good breakfast.

Nice place for the money studio's are roomy and good set up. They have a great complimentary breakfast lot of choices and their in walking distance from every where i have extended my stay without any

We had a remodeled room which was nice. The pool wasn’t heated and very cold. You could hear noises in the hallways all night along with cars outside. The rooms were not very insulated for noise. Breakfast was very limited.

After reading mixed reviews I really wasn't sure what to expect, but I've always wanted to stay in this hotel so I took a chance - it was worth it! The room was recently redone and was clean and nice, the shower was new and the tile is beautiful, we had absolutely no complaints. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and breakfast was good.

Everyone was very professional there. The beds were extremely comfortable and bathroom was nicely updated. Breakfast was great for being a free with your stay meal. What we didn't like was that you could hear doors slamming shut and children either above us or on the same floor running/jumping around. There probably isn't much you can do about that--unless you try to get families with kids in one side of the hotel? Some people absolutely do not know how to teach their children to be respectful in public places.

We will definitely be back! Very clean, staff were more then helpful and very friendly! The room was nice, love the walk in shower and light up mirror! The hotel is beautiful, we walked the whole hotel to see all the different stuff!! Highly recommend staying here!!

Clearly stated no alcohol in the pool area. A group of people had bottles of in the hot tub. Women licking each other in the hot tub while children were present. Had to have my room key reactivated 3 times no apology for the issue. Instead was blamed for putting the key to close to my phone. Which I didn’t do. Room wasn’t serviced while I stayed even though I requested it was. The extra blanket and towels I requested never made there way to my room. I’ve stayed in much wort and much better hotels. Overall it was just an okay stay
