Great 👍 Quiet 👍 Homely 👍 Hotel with well trained staff. Rooms are large & spacious. Well stocked bar. The Sri Lankan Chef was outstanding. Preparing delicious meals. & Always looking to assist us with our needs. Very well maintained. Great Location too

We stayed for a night. Noticed that the are no more than 5 tv channels and there was no hot water which we were told was only a fault. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with excellent waiter. There is proper and adequate parking and good setting/ views.

The service was good, i was warmly welcomed by Mervis a very friendly receptionist. The rooms are neat and spectacular more especially the suite rooms which have a kitchenette and a lounge, the furniture is outstanding and well fitted, and i vote for this a best place to visit in Blantyre.

Nice, safe location. The suites are nice and spacious. The staff is very attentive. Having laundry service was appreciated. Great Long Island Ice Teas. Wish the bar stayed open longer. Overall, I enjoyed my visit. I will definitely go back when I visit Malawi again.

I have very bad experience in this hotel serendib Blantyre. Here make a rule if you book hotel that package dinner included. I have place an order then tell today Friday and kitchen busy because today indian buffa. I waited more than 1 hr for food and when I got food that different from my order and ask to them said pay for this. Asked him already include on package tell no only dall and rice available. Means they try to make money to force customer and keep hide all things. When complain then tell no should to pay. I don't recommend to anyone stay here and don't trust to anyone here.

I give it 5 out of 5 the service was superb and the waitress Patricia was very friends, we enjoyed the meal and the service was on point i would recommend my friends to visit the food was well done and delicious the drinks were on point aswellwe really enjoyed the experience
