朱拉倫莊園飯店

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, anlässlich unseres 10. Hochzeitstages ein paar Tage im Manoir zu verbringen. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, bei dem alles stimmte: die ruhige Lage; das „königliche Zimmer“; die stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Räume; der schöne Garten und die Terrasse am Pool; das leckere Frühstück für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag. Das alles verdient allein 5 Punkte! Leider kann ich keinen 6. Punkt vergeben – denn den hat unsere Gastgeberin Mel verdient. Sie hat uns bei der Buchung einer Ballonfahrt unterstützt; nach dem Flug ein spätes Frühstück am Pool serviert; für uns einen Tisch in einem feinen Restaurant in Saumur organisiert; uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben; war für jede Frage da und hat uns mit ihrer freundlichen Art eine unvergessliche Zeit beschert. Leider konnten wir die Kochkunst von Mels Mann nicht kennenlernen - gute Besserung für ihn. Aber es war trotzdem einfach traumhaft schön, danke für diese tolle Zeit.

Stunning ancient stone manor in the angevin countryside, beautifully restored. Our bedroom (Le Roi) - one of four - was huge, and the attention to detail and comfort was outstanding. Hosts Mel and Hywel are charming and efficient. Dinner (three courses including wine, no choice but not intimidating) was delicious; breakfast was exemplary. We will happily go back.

Wonderful 3 night stay in this beautiful historic Manior . Such a lovely welcome by Howell to this amazing property with its immaculate and tastefully designed rooms. The breakfasts were wonderful only to be surpassed by the evening meal cooked by Howell himself who looked after the guests so well. The local wines provided were an excellent accompaniment. This is an experience not to be missed. Highly recommended.

Une magnifique adresse : reposant, déconnecté, bienveillant… des hôtes discrets, aux petits soins. Une superbe chambre, une literie au top 👌 nous avons dîné au labour : simple mais excellent, avec un très bon rapport qualité prix mais avec le calme en plus et au bord de la piscine. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse 👍

I visited Manoir de Jouralem with my mother and our dogs, and our only negative is that we stayed for one night and not more. We were warmly welcomed and shown to a beautiful, spacious room before being handed a refreshing glass of cremant. The gardens are lovely, and to have our delicious breakfast sitting by the natural pool was a highlight. We were recommended a fantastic local restaurant for dinner, which was entirely local and a great setting. Mel and Hywel have created the most comfortable, luxurious B&B and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful place in a wonderful part of the country - the hosts are so kind as well as being very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their region. We appreciated the generous welcome drinks and breakfast - as well as the opportunity to relax by the pool while the room was super clean and comfortable. The chapel is absolutely gorgeous!
