An unexpected upgrade after another establishment cancelled last minute turned into a lovely surprise with my stay at this charming hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the manager Zoe getting special mention for going above and beyond. Will definitely stay again when provided with the opportunity and I recommend others to choose this place. They won’t regret it

Good location, clean room, will stay again.

Deliberately booked spa room as travelled 10 hours on train. No hot water.......When I complained at check out I was told they 'might' give me a 'little bit' off the meal I purchased but as I booked through a third party there was nothing they could do ....what!!!!! I paid for a spa room but was unable to use - was told it was solar heating and sometimes it did not work....what!!!! Is that my fault? At the very least they needed to refund the difference between a spa room and a normal room. You should do something so very disappointing as I have stayed here several times. Linda Perea

Unfortunately I had booked wrong night ut rang immediately I realised my mistake to be told by lass on phone changing date would not be a problem, only to be told when we arrived the booking had not been changed and we had to find other accommodation as they were booked out for the date required.

The staff was incredibly helpful. My husband got separated and my phone wasn’t with me. We were in a new country, new city, and totally lost. He got back to the hotel and they went above and beyond tracking down where I was, contacting a store owner nearby to make sure I was ok, and directing my husband back to my location. Their help (especially that of the young man tending the bar) was above and beyond. He even gave us cold soft drinks to take back to our room. We were there for five nights and would love to return.

It’s a nice hotel to stay at. Well priced and good quality. My only complaint is the hot water supply in the shower. It’s up and down like a yo-yo no matter what you do with the tap. You can leave it in a set position and still don’t get a consistent temperature or flow. That’s my only gripe, otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

Was happy with the room and loved the huge bathroom but did not like getting in an out of the bath very dangerous my hubby slipped getting out and bruised his thigh on the sharp edge of the bath a seperate shower would have been better.We had a family Dinner party for our Dads 80th Birthday and the food was amazing so a good stay overall

Nice spacious rooms, great service. Clean, safe and quiet. Will definitely book this place again on my next trip to Adelaide!

Have stayed here a few times. Not too far from the city or Tea Tree Plaza for shopping. Staff always lovely and rooms are always immaculate
