BUGS BUGS BUGS BUGS… Not family friendly, struggling to even get a refund back, the place needs closing down it is dirty, bed bugs everywhere the place is falling apart and the management act like they do not know anything! I am so shocked that this place is still allowed! The tv didn’t even have a remote or buttons to presssed bugs crawling over the bed, the condition of the rooms well I do not even have words

BED BUGS. We stayed in the large “family room” double bed and a bunk bed for our young children. All I can say is…Worst night in our life…Me and my partner was woken up at 1am I felt something on my neck and it popped on me when I accidentally squashed it and BLOOD was all over my neck and fingers! We were woken up with bed bugs crawling all over us, we jumped out the bed turned the lights on, and seen our bed was INFESTED in bed bugs all over the pillows, in the cover and on the base of the bed, crawling all over the bed!! Unfortunately we had nowhere to go at that time of night so ended up sitting up with lights on awake in the children’s bunk bed till we checked out first thing at 7am, the bunk bed was checked and was fine. We ended up walking the streets until a cafe/pub opened. We booked this and it was around £70 for the one night so didn’t expect much, we looked past the tatty carpet and dated wallpaper etc.. we really tried to be positive especially because the man working there was very welcoming, and the downstairs area was brilliant (that’s what made us book this place). But I write this now still covered in bed bug bites that are so sore and scabbing, and I really thinks this has given me PTSD. I have never experienced anything like this before and am truly disgusted and disappointed we were left to sleep in this room, with two young children.

I knew it wasn’t going to be the best.. but my god I didn’t think it would be that bad. The stains on the bed is the stuff from nightmares. Genuinely was worried for my health it was that bad. Please don’t be fooled by the decent pictures of the downstairs area. Even the flies were trying to get out. You’re welcome in advance 😂

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in ,everything falling apart bed was broken and had laminate flooring under mattress to make it flat and cover the broken half of the bed ,room 3 is worse than a dog kennel,owner told me he had (OCD) by far the funniest thing I've ever heard ceiling wasn't even fitted correctly and the bed bugs are on steroids,will never ever stay or recommend this dump to anyone,the whole place needs a proper inspection ,surprised this place is even open .I wouldn't let a dog stay here ,came home with over 200 bed bug bites from the bugs in this place, the shower is either freezing or boiling lava ,the wallpaper is all mouldy and falling of ,bathroom door fitted upside down and hanging of ,I've seen homeless people keep there area cleaner than this place( AVOID AT ALL COSTS )

I've stayed at a few hotels in Blackpool for work and this place is crazy for the price, it is cozy, warm and a very inviting atmosphere. The lady at the front desk was very nice and easy to speak to. For the price it's honestly fantastic value. What more could you ask for

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s dirty, smelly, falling to bits and has no facilities. The room was disgusting. The shower room a disgrace and the rest of the building a wreck. We requested ground floor when we booked because of mobility issues and were put in the third floor attic. There were very noisy pigeons in the loft space. No hot water and a shower tray that I thought I’d fall through. When we left half way through our prepaid stay the manager couldn’t have cared less. How *********** can give this 3 stars is beyond me.
