皇家海岸飯店(Royal Seabank Hotel)

The hotel is in good position. Nice a**osphere, tram stop right outside, friendly staff. however, the state of our room was absolutely shocking. the bed was broken, pillows covered in sweat stains, and not even any hot water in the room, someone sorted it for us but only temporarily, we also got replacement pillows. The lift was awful, it takes forever and only 2 people in at once. The evening entertainment was alright, but was obnoxiously loud. Breakfast was good, you get a choice of cereal, jams, yogurts, fruit juice as well as a full English, pretty good for £10 an adult and £5 for a kid. wouldn't stay again, very outdated, a sign of the times.

Great situated Hotel, friendly staff and delicious breakfast . First time staying , but will be going back . So handy for jumping on and off the trams and only a short walk from the tower and all the amenities . Plenty entertainment at night with live shows and bingo if you like it . Me and my friend only paid £99 each , great value for money !

I stayed one night after travelling. 24 hour desk very helpful arrived late. Room nice & warm as hotel. Breakfast (English) inc nice jug of coffee for 2 cups plenty quickly served by friendly staff Shower water nice and hot very convenient location on seafront close to bus and tram stops

Really disappointed missed dinner tonight. OK we were late but when we went down 5 minutes later they served people desserts. My husband has just got over Cancer and we ended up buying crisps for tea. Really disappointed. Could have given us our deserts at least

Hotel was great excellent food and friendly staff the best thing was the breakfast very yummy and delicious. The soup in.the evening was delicious I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location went all inclusive was worth every penny thanks for a great stay

The hotel was in a great central position. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a great choice of food on the menu, all choices were delicious. Good value for money.Entertainment and bingo at night. I would definitely stay again😃

Just returned from midweek stay at Royal Seabank, booked through Blackpool Promotions, £99 pp B&B including coach travel, incredible value. We paid a wee bit extra for a room with sea view, room was spacious, clean with tea/ coffee facilities, room cleaned every day, entertainment every night. Breakfast was good, choice of cereals and porridge full English, scrambled eggs and toast, pot of tea or coffee. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very enjoyable stay and will definitely be back.

Room comfy and clean housekeeping kept bins empty regularly and replaced towels as needed. Food excellent vegetarian food addition to menu very good , entertainment at night really good. Staff in all areas of hotel friendly and helpful will definitely be back .

I don't write many rewiews, but to be honest I've felt compelled to do so, as I think the seabank has been getting a few unjust, and unfair reviews. I am actually a head chef myself, working in a very busy hotel in my hometown of arbroath, and I'm on a rareday off. So here goes! Yes the hotel is a bit dated, yes the lift is to small, and yes there are loads of stairs. But everyone knows this before they get there, so no need to keep banging on about it. So on arrival, yes it was very busy, but also very well organised. Keys, info, and broad smiles everywhere were the first impressions we received. Next my wife wasn't happy with the situation of our room next to the air conditioning, which was promptly and efficiently sorted out. At the same time I was waiting for my new keys, at least another two customers were helped out with their own problems, nothing is to much for the hotel staff to sort out quickly and always with a smile. The entertainment was varied, something for everyone, and the food is good, we especially enjoyed the hot and cold buffet after the grand national. The rooms are bright and well furnished, and clean, and housekeeping do a great job. Special mention to the waiting staff who never stop at every single meal service. The staff make the hotel special, and the management train the staff. So the manager James must be congratulated. The seabank isn't perfect, but nothing ever is, but it does do exactly what it says on tin! So keep it up seabank, we will be back for hogmany
