Welcoming from start to finish. Great service. Only small advice would be a wee update on the mattresses/beds as getting a little worn now but otherwise everything exceeded expectations. Especially for the price paid.

Booked as a last minute overnight stay. Close to the sea front. Nice check in, room lovely and clean, bathroom nice and clean with a shower. Great breakfast in the morning, somewhere to sit outside Would stay here again can highly recommend

Customer service and place was clean
It was very good place, clean and customer service was very good. Breakfast was good as well. Overall good place to stay.

Welcoming stay friendly owners made it a lovely place to stay. Would definitely stay again with value for money. Room was ideal not loads of space but enough to make the place comfortable. Owners on hand for anything needed like irons etc and always happy to help.

The owners are a lovely couple very helpful and chatty. The house is far enough away from the main entertainment so the noise is not a bother. If you are coming by train as we did it was an easy walk from the station and we are in our late 60s. The house is older but beautifully kept steep stairs and a bit creaky breakfast was also great.

This place has gone right down hill. Room freezing cold. Bathroom has seen better days old and dirty . Stayed here many times before but it was never like this I had emergency so I had to cut my trip short John the money grabbing miserable owner won't refund us . Must need that extra money from us to pay for him and his wife for Orlando holidays .... Avoid this place John is miserable landlord. And the rooms are old and dated the phone charging sockets dint work either . It needs money spent in this place avoid this place ........

Recommended
Great place to stay, I booked based on reviews and did not fail. Ran by a lovely lady, everything was clean, comfy beds and a great breakfast. In walking distance of everything you need and a couple of carparks nearby if there's no on the road parking.
I would definitely use this hotel on my next trip to Blackpool
