No food service Dirty rooms Had to try and find another hotel after after a killer journey. Very disappointed Staff wasn't helpful. Awaiting refund.

Vinnie the receptionist was more than accommodating in the hotel and there is a lounge with a bar, TV and pool, it's quite quiet and I saw a lot of families staying at enjoy there time there too. The hotel catered for families, solo travelling and also for those who just want somewhere quiet to stay so that they can have an enjoyable week/weekend.

Stayed here for a 3 day break. Saturday 13th- Monday 16th July 2024. Had seen reviews and booked. Staff were friendly, and very helpful. My wife and I ,were given keys to room 16 on the 1st floor. On entering, we found a fair sized room ,with a double bed. There room was ensuite, with a clean new toilet and shower. Tea making facilities we're available,and a TV. Room was very quiet during the night. Clean toilet ,shower and bedding (very comfortable). Hotel was well worth the money paid . Thanks for a good break!

The staff where brilliant very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a sea view room, view was brilliant. Room was clean and spacious. Just a 10-15 mins walk from the main attractions. Would highly recommend to anyone. Definitely going again.

For what I paid cannot fault it! We paid £32 for a night for a room for 3 of us. We booked then saw reviews and nearly cancelled. When we arrived was greeted by a man and woman who were very friendly and welcoming. Given keys straight away so hesitantly went to the room. Room was spotless, I even bought my own cleaning wipes and didn’t need it. The bedding was immaculate and smelt like fresh washing. Bed was comfy and was very quiet we all slept solidly. Bathroom was clean and not a speck of dirt. Shower was hot. Don’t get me wrong the decor is tired and mismatched but for a clean bed to get your head down in I cannot fault it. I think for what you pay you cannot expect the ritz. We had drinks in the bar reasonable prices and the gentleman was very nice. I think it’s changed hands recently and the couple who have it now are really trying to do their best to spruce it up and they are very kind people.

Well.....Bathroom window didn't open Feces on the curtain The smell of stale smoke was very strong The bar the Hotel offers was not open. Staff VERY VERY RUDE!! Yellow liquid in kettle full of mould Brown sticky substance on the shelf Mirror...full of dust Window sills filthy. Would not recommend to a goldfish let alone human beings Curtain pole was made of rust and mould

The current pictures seen on booking platforms are all outdated. See attached pictures for the true current building aesthetic. I paid £22 via Agoda on a last minute late night booking. The building is in poor shape outside but has a normal Blackpool budget interior. The staff were semi residents I guess. I don't think they spoke much English as they didn't really speak to me. They checked the booking behind closed doors and gave me the key within a few minutes. They weren't unfriendly, and they did smile. There was a WiFi code on the wall though I didn't try it. My room was actually almost fine. The bathroom was relatively new and though the shower tap had the most unconventional complicated mechanism for getting hot water, there was hot water and an efficient heater, along with a kettle, tea and milk, towels and a complimentary bottle of water as well as clothes hangars. I booked a small single and slept very well, though the cushion (not bed pillow) on the bed was stained yellow (why would anyone put that there?). 3/5 is fair. The place was fine for a £22 last minute 10pm bank holiday period booking in a decent area of Blackpool.

First of all do not book this hotel we received a room 33 and it was absolutely dirty there was flies On the windowsill, The duvet were covered in orange stains It look like someone was lying there with fake tan on and they gave us this room to sleep in. We went down the stairs to speak with one of the members of staff but we have waited about an hour and a half for someone to show up to speak to. The guy from the reception gave us the room number 23 and I went up the stairs to check the room if it is in decent state which it was and we took that room. Same night our first night I have woke up at 5 O’clock in the morning absolutely covered in bedbugs they were absolutely everywhere on the pillows on the duvet all over my partner and myself. It was absolutely outrageous to find hotel that has bedbugs. Manager of the hotel has phoned us and tried to give us another room However we did not agree. We have booked another hotel to sleep in as it was our two nights stay away. Owner of the hotel was meant to contact us however it has been over a week and the owner has not contacted us yet. I highly do not recommend to book any rooms at this hotel. Right now we are dealing with bedbugs marks and bites all over our skin a week after as it takes some time to show. Also I am 24weeks pregnant and that put extra stress on me and honestly we do not recommend this place and it should be shut down for good!

Worried about the hotel due to reviews, when we first arrived our first room wasn't up to standard and was freezing.. spoke with the manager and he happily changed our room.. for the price we paid it was great.. lovely service and feel very welcome.. Will happily return

DO NOT STAY HERE. We had this hotel picked for us for a football tournament, I was apprehensive about coming down after I had read the reviews previously but I thought stay open minded and it’s for the kids. We arrived and given our key to room 23. I had taken dettol wipes and some cleaning bits and bobs and I’m so glad I had. The room was absolutely filthy, there was food stuff on floor, the bathroom still had hair in the bath and every surface was covered in dirt. The walls were covered in holes with a half hearted attempt to cover with plaster, the view would have been great if you could have actually seen out the windows they were that dirty. The bed sheets looked as if they had been turned over rather than be changed as had stains all over them.I took our own duvet covers and sheets and put them on. We cleaned the room and headed out for the afternoon when we got back we had gone into the lounge area where we thought we’d wait on the rest of the boys to get a catch up with the team, the guy serving behind the bar had poured himself a pint and was sitting in the corner, I watch him as one of the guests approached the bar he got up and put his hand down his trousers had a good old scratch and then picked the glass up and continued serving customer. That was enough for me we just headed up to room. My husband shouted on me to tell me he had found a bug on the curtains and he had taken a photo of it, when I zoomed in I knew it just wasn’t just any bug, but I thought we did have the window open so try stay open minded. This put me on high alert, I checked our bed and my sons and at that time didn’t see anything obvious but as we sat I caught glimpse of a tiny bug crawl along my sons bed covers, then another and when I pulled back his covers there was a bed bug crawling along the top of his boxers. I had had enough at this and we packed our things and luckily we had driven down in a mini bus so at 0130am we were walking along the north side of Blackpool and had to sleep in the mini bus. I left our duvet covers and sheets as I was not bringing them home. I have video and pictures of how disgusting this hotel is and also video of the bed bug crawling along the top of the bed covers. Another one of the girls that was staying found a used sanitary pad in the bed and the room covered in mould and damp. The same man that was serving behind the bar picked the sanitary pad up with his bare hands put it in the bin and then went behind the bar and started serving , not only is the hotel absolutely filthy but the staff are so unhygienic it’s disgusting. The main door to the property is left unlocked allowing anyone at all to enter the property. Hotel is filthy and unsafe. Please read and believe the one star reviews. I have no idea how anyone can find this hotel acceptable to stay in.
