No cot was given for our 2 year old boy do he had to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR FOR 2 NIGHTS. Also my wife's medication was near the bed and when we got back it wasn't there so the cleaners nicked it. The start were QUITE Rude. We would like some compassion

Was a little skeptical at first, but was is behind the door is a lovely, welcoming and clean hotel. Staff could not have been nicer. Rooms sparkling and provided everything I needed to a couple of nights away. Don’t offer evening meal unless pre booked, but plenty of options in the area. Right near to the train station and Cathedral, where you can hear the bells. If you ever find yourself in Blackburn, I would recommend it.

Has to be the most helpful friendly clean and spacious hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. I was greeted at my car by Saj after helping me with parking. After a swift smooth check in where I could choose a room with a bath or shower I arrived to my immaculate and spacious room. The bathroom was really large and beautifully presented too. Had a great nights sleep in a very comfy bed. I’d really recommend staying here for that personal touch you don’t see much of these days. It won’t disappoint.

It's not often that you get such a welcoming, friendly experience at chain hotels. Saj was so accommodating , willing to go the extra mile and informative about the local area. This boutique style hotel was perfect for our stay, attending an event at King Georges Hall just 5 minutes walk away. The cooked breakfast was delicious too.

Arrive late 2200 and a member of staffed booked me, he upgraded my room and personally took me up to my room. The bed was very comfortable and I slept straight through. Perfect stay

Quality hotel with comfortable beds and pillows. High standard of decor and amazing walk in shower. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Thank you for the sandwiches Hassan! :)
