Room not ready two hours after check-in was told I'd be given one room, then another, said I wanted to be in same room throughout my stay. Put in a room to be told two hours later I'd have to move as it was a disabled access room, I agreed and chose a room that I'd be willing to move to. Next day hotel owner tries to make me move rooms at 9 in the morning when I'm heading for a business meeting, then gets my room serviced whilst I'm gone after I specifically asked for no one to enter my room, that doesn't have a safe to be left as it is. £40 missing from my table and hotel owner asking me to change rooms to a different one than the one agreed the night before, after I come back from work at 7 in the evening. I refuse, ring the police to log theft, call hotels provider to put me up someplace different and leave with the hotel owner summoning a **** to ensure I leave premises on his terms. An horrific experience, the hotel was nicely furnished internally but that is where the positives end.. dirty bathroom with a filthy toilet bowl and hair, dust on surfaces, dangerous and noisy area (you have been warned) and staff that have no comprehension of what good customer service is and how to communicate this in a humble manner with integrity and to stick to those decisions. DO NOT STAY HERE.
