28.10.24'te eşimle beraber doğum günüm vesilesiyle gittik. Akşam restoran programımız otelin hizmet kusuru yüzünden hastane programına dönüştü. Merdivenlerdeki bozuk ışıklar nedeniyle (4 ışıktan 3'ü yanmıyordu) düştüm ve ayağım kırıldı. Hastane dönüşü otel asansörünün de bozuk olduğunu görmek işkenceydi benim için! Otel sadece görselden ibaret. Temel ihtiyaç ve gereçler açısından asgari ve zaruri donanımdan yoksun. Güvenli değil. Merdiven kenar ışıkları yanmıyor. Akşam odadan çıktıktan sonra odanız üst kattaysa düşmeniz garanti. Engelliler için durum daha da kötü. Asansör var ancak çalışmıyor. İnsani açıdan bakıldığında; maalesef vizyonsuz, yetersiz bir personele sahip. Eğitimsiz ve görgüsüz elemanların hadsiz tavır ve tutumları saygısızlık boyutunda. Daha da kötüsü, otelin tüm bu ağır hizmet kusurlarına rağmen, son derece sorumsuz ve duyarsız bir işletmecilik anlayışı söz konusu. Kesinlikle TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM. İnternet sitesindeki görsellere aldanmayın.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Food was absolutely great, lots of nice vegan options and juices. Pool was a dream and the DJ was friendly and played great music. Whilst communication was often challenging since most staff couldn’t speak English, the younger staff members were all exceptional. Reception staff genuinely wanted to help and were just great people. We love Mert! The only issue we had with this place and the reason we are not giving 5 stars is because of the the older members of the restaurant. There is one staff member (we think he was the restaurant manager) who had a…strange vibe. He would walk around and stare at people in the pool, it was as if he was ready to tell you off if you did anything wrong. One morning, we saw him tell off a younger member of staff by the pool which we didn’t want to see (could have done in private). We felt in particular, two senior restaurant staff, were just quite unpleasant and didn’t genuinely care about guests. The younger staff members were all amazing. We had read previous reviews about poor WiFi but it seemed to work well for us! Side note for travellers if you haven’t visited Bodrum before, nearly EVERY SINGLE PERSON would give us less change or would attempt to take more money from us. Be very careful.

In summary it has all the ingredients to be a great place to stay: Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable Quality of food is excellent Pool area is lovely Good location, few minutes from Bitez beach or 5 euro in a taxi to the main Marina area Bar and restaurant staff lovely and helpful However, the ingredients are not yet making a good dish/meal: Still feels unfinished e.g. one bedroom had no wardrobe doors, lounge had one curtain missing, kitchen had no plates, cutlery or anything to cook with other than 4 glasses and 4 mugs. Our air conditioning did not work correctly. Ice cold in one bedroom and no cooling in another – whatever setting was used. We reported the issue (plus the bathroom tap only having hot water) on the second day. Had to remind reception on 5th day as no response or action. Tap issue then fixed but after 2 attempts, air con remained not functioning correctly. Only 1 Breakfast option is included. Others are payable – even the cheaper choices. On 2 days they had no milk for coffee! Breakfast not child friendly. Eg coffee or tea is offered but no substitute Reception was the biggest disappointment. As well as not responding to the reported issues, the initial welcome was not welcoming. The airport transfer was 50 euro on arrival, but for the return it had increased to 70 Euro 5 days later – a price rise apparently. Then discounted to 60, overall we felt like they were trying to squeeze money from us. Another example was the final bill was done in £ not Lira.

Odalarda seçilen eşyalardan bakım ürünlerine kadar kaliteyi hissediyorsunuz.Tüm çalışanlar memnun etmek için canla başla çalışıyorlar, çok ilgili ve yardımseverler.Tüm personele teşekkür ederim.Başar Bey'in yönetimindeki restaurantın yemekleri enfes. Sunumlar çok şık ve porsiyonlar doyurucu. Başar Bey' e nezaketi, ilgi ve alakası için ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Ben yarım pansiyon olarak konakladım oda kahvaltı seçeneğini de tercih edenler restaurantın lezzetlerinden muhakkak tatmalı, özel bir yemek yiyorsunuz hissi yaşıyorsunuz. Kısacası kesinlikle tekrar gitmek isteyeceğim bir yer. Elit, huzurlu ve güvenilir bir ortamda tatil yapmak isteyen herkese tavsiyem Helis Suites!

We had a family trip of four to Bodrum between 20-26 of July. Because we were four with the kids we searched for a suit room. Helis Suites had good recommendations and we wanted to give them a chance. This is a new hotel with 2 story suite buildings in Bitez which is opened in 2022. So everything was new at the hotel. Our reservation choice was for bed & breakfast. We arrived there with our car in the afternoon. After a quick check in and we learned the vale parking is free which made us very happy. The hotel’s breakfasts are delicious and served to the table by the waitresses. We enjoyed the pool a lot and it was not very crowded although it was high season in Turkey. The restaurant and the bar is next to the pool which is in the middle of the hotel. So everything you need is close to each other. They have an agreement with a beach in Bitez and you don’t make any payment for entrance. You just give money for the food and the drinks at the beach. We really enjoyed the time we spent in the hotel. It was quite, comfortable and relaxing. It is highly recommended to everyone visiting Bodrum.
