service was very friendly and the overall cleanliness is very good. the bed and.pillows are especially comfortable. location is decent, just north of the interstate, near several restaurants.

This place closed as of today! I received a cancellation notice for my 8/19 stay with no explanation or anything, just a pdf of the booking cancellation. When I called to find out what was going on, the person LIED and said the hotel was accidently overbooked! Then he said he could book another hotel for me and ran down all the low budget hotel and then came up with the Bismarck Hotel and Convention Center and was told it was a nice place. I was at work, so I said yeas to it at an overblown price. Then after work, I checked it out on TripAdvisor, just to see its location and I find out it is a dump! I don't think I can get my money back for that night, but I booked a room myself for $80 dollars less at a place with GOOD reviews. I'm very disappointed in Best Western for treating my so shabbily, when I have been a loyal customer for many years.

This seems to be a relatively new property. Check-in was easy and the desk clerk relatively friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and had decent lighting. The bathroom was fine, though it needs a bit more in the way of towel bars/hooks. The sink was tiny and set way back on the counter, which was awkward and got water all over. We appreciated the extra towels provided without asking for them. Breakfast was fine – ok choices kept stocked and the area was kept clean. There are numerous restaurants nearby as well as all of the usual suburban stores. It’s not far off the interstate and about 10 minutes to downtown Bismarck, so a nice location. There were no USB ports in the room, which was odd for a fairly new property. All in all a good stay and we’d return if we were in the area.

Nice experience Good hotel Good service Lovely people I really pike the breakfast which is different every morning I like the location of the hotel, no noise, we can stay outside to walk. The swimming pool is not big, but it's sufficient to a whole family like mine to stay ...

Great Hotel Great Location, friendly staff. I need 200 more character, so there are good restaurants within walking distance if you prefer to drive, then it's a minute to get food. Mexican food, sports bar and a culvers. I still need 200 more letters, So, I hope you get to stay there and have a relaxing stay. Bla Bla Bla happy days,

The staff was very nice and assisting, the room was clean/comfortable, the shower was warm and refreshing, the internet/TV worked so my night was relaxing, the breakfast was satisfying and the dining area was warm and inviting! BW is a go to for me, I will return!

I chose this hotel due to the reviews on customer service. We flew from 2 time zones away & hadn't slept the night before. We arrived at 12:30 pm & I asked if there was any way we could check in early. Harmony informed me that the rooms are not required to be available until 3pm. (which I knew) If she would have asked for my phone # & offered to text me when a room was available, that would have been 5 star service! Instead, I just received a lecture. Around 1:30 I was really getting sick from lack of sleep & called again and spoke with Manager Paul. He offered to move some things around & would be able to accommodate us. Awesome! Unfortunately, the next morning, I was awoken to very loud pounding near our room for 45 minutes & completely woke us up. I mentioned it, thinking it was work on the elevator that was on the other side, but was told by Harmony they had no idea what I was talking about. (I didn't lie!!!) The elevator was not working properly when we got there--skipping floors & taking extremely long to get to a different floor. I would have called, but the room phone wasn't working & I didn't want to wake up enough to google the phone #. The first night, we went to an expensive restaurant & put the leftovers in the fridge (one of the amenities important to me) The next afternoon, we found out the fridge was unplugged. Food no good. After the 2nd day, our trash can was full & towels used. I didn't know they didn't come into your room to clean on a multi day stay. I asked for someone to come in and clean & was told all they would do is bring fresh towels. And they were right! Wastebasket left overflowing, Etc. Good thing we were neat. I asked the front desk clerk to have the Manager get in touch with me---he hasn't yet. A very lousy experience. I happen to review travel experiences and was going to give until tomorrow for the Manager to contact me in case there were extenuating circumstances I was unaware of. I would love to hear back from someone! The room rate wasn't important to me---the service was & was the reason this hotel was chosen.

Worst hotel ever from the check in to the dirty room. Smells, can not ope window old sheets and towels. Awful! Stayed at a best western last night in another town and it was wonderful. No consistency. Never staying at a best western again. Beware of this place

After we checked in and were already going into our room, a man approached with keys for the same room! His keys also opened the door. Thankfully he wasn’t a creep, but still a huge security issue. When we approached the desk, the worker laughed it off like no big deal. This could have become a very serious issue. Then after going home, I realized that they charged my credit card twice for two different rooms for the same night. They only emailed me one receipt, which was correct. When I called, they wouldn’t explain why I was charged twice or provide the additional receipt. After several attempts to discuss the issue with both the hotel management as well as best western customer service, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. They are not a reputable establishment

One of the best breakfasts I have had. Room was very nice and staff friendly. Did have opportunity to use the pool or fitness center. Good location. Have stayed here before, and will stay here again. No hot water but that was due to the local electric utility. Received some credit on bill.

This place was clean, friendly and comfortable. They even offer free airport pickup even though they’re not close to the airport. The breakfast was awesome. A great, big field out back to walk dogs and close to restaurants and shopping. Really no complaints.
