canceled the order for last minute due to Yosemite crossing way stopped and the house holder is not willing for any negotiation and further request for refund. wish the hotel will be fortunate by getting such income ！

I’d give this hotel a 2 star. My room was awful, hair was on the bed and someone has been smoking inside the room. We couldn’t sleep so I had to ask to be moved to different room. So we had a double beds vs king.

It was a modest experience with the hotel, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to check out a day early. Unfortunate that we’re weren’t able to get a refund because we were 2 hours late from check out time.

No elevator! No baggage carts upstairs! Had to drag one up myself. Then whole town had no power. Still waiting for ******* to refund my two nights.

I have stayed in Bishop many times, this was first time at Cielo. It was clean, convenient and comfortable. The lobby was lovely, the open space for guests was spacious..parking was easy.

Not Hotels fault, but people upstairs were very loud, you could hear every step, when we return we will stay upstairs as to not be awakened by the noise
