Strategic location with walking distance to Victoria Square and around 10 min walk to Ala Too Square. Restaurants are nearby. Very good customer service and the receiptionist provides suggestion for places to visit

I loved this hotel from the moment I first stepped inside. It is only small by hotel standards and situated in a fantastic part of Bishkek, close to Oak Park and the ballet theatre and within very easy walking distance of other attractions. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels very authentic. There are examples of local handicrafts everywhere and the place has a friendly, colourful vibe. I had a room on the first floor which was dual aspect. One of the windows overlooked the road to the front of the hotel and the other window overlooked the park at the side of it. It was a beautiful room and immaculately clean and very well presented. The room was incredibly spacious and provided tea/coffee making facilities, bottled water, amenities (toothbrush, soap, shower gel etc), a fantastic fitted wardrobe / dressing area and a tv. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great nights sleep. The bathroom was also a really good size with a great shower. The wifi at the hotel was also excellent. Breakfast the following morning was well presented and plentiful. The staff were all really welcoming and friendly and clearly want your stay to be the best it can be. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel. I also used their transport from the airport. It’s about a 25min ride. The driver was efficient and really friendly and the price was US$20

This is a lovely friendly hotel with really helpful staff. Located on the edge of the Oak Wood near the Opera House, it is packed full of beautiful handicrafts. Our room was enormous though right by the entrance. Breakfast was very good - they didn’t charge extra for an espresso which was unusual. When we came back for one night en route to the uk they opened the breakfast room extra early so we could catch our flight. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

Navat Hotel is located in a park in the heart of Bishkek in a villa that was formerly a newspaper publishing house. It sports about a dozen rooms with wooden floors and locally made carpets and tapestries. Our room was spacious with a modern bathroom including a walk-in shower, air conditioning and decent wifi. There are several sitting areas throughout the hotel as well as a breakfast room (breakfast was nicely done). The location cannot be beaten and staff were friendly and allowed us to extend our check-out time at no extra cost. This place has warmth and soul - highly recommended!

Nice hotel in the heart of city. But the staff is just great and very helpful! Just excellent young people work there. Recommended! Good VFM (Value For Money).Usually I am not so excited about hotels, but I suggest this one to everybody and really mean it.

Lovely hotel in central Bishkek. Very handy for walking tours of city centre. Beautiful decor in traditional Kyrgyz felted wool. Room was clean, comfortable and functional; with plenty of hot water. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back soon!

This is a wonderful small hotel, located right in the heart of downtown Bishkek, with very sweet (and English-speaking) staff. Also, most of the hotels in Bishkek are very modern and sterile, while this one has some real local charm. I can't recommend it highly enough.

An excellent boutique hotel in the center of Bishkek. Very nice decoration in the national style. Lots of wood and organic textiles. Wonderful friendly staff, especially Dilnoza, the girl at the front desk. Delicious homemade breakfasts (they even cooked porridge for me!). Speak English. Highly recommend.
