остановились здесь на три дня. первое, что не очень обрадовало это внешний вид, здание грязноватое и слазила краска. но внутри всё очень красиво, есть обновлённый корпус, да и корпус старее тоже выглядит опрятно, очень вкусный запах в отеле, добрый и вежливый персонал. на территории отеля очень красиво, есть гамаки, детская/волейбольная площадка, зона отдыха с видом на реку Неман. теперь перейдём к спа, в спа есть три вида бань: мужская и женская раздевалка, русская, сауна и турецкая, один большой бассейн( температура воды 28 градусов) и два джакузи с водой потеплее. за дополнительную плату в 1 евро, можно получить специальные полотенца в спа, но можно также взять свои. у нас также входил завтрак, он был очень вкусный, разнообразный. впервые вижу 7 видов блинов. были также: омлет, овощи (свежие/жареные на гриле/маринованные/консервированные), бутербродики, селёдка, нарезки ( мясная/сырная), разные виды( молока/йогуртов/варенья), бекон, 2 вида сосисок, яичница, фрукты, хлопья, куча выпечки( пирог, булочки, пончики) и другое. остались очень довольны!

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, it was nice and cozy. The staff were polite and friendly, SPA treatments were pleasant. Food was good, breakfast offered quite a big selection. Cons: pool is not very big and there was no tea/coffee in the room. Overall we didn’t have very big expectations, so we were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of our stay.

We have ordered two massages exactly the same. But we have received two absolutely different experiences. Mine massage room was day-light, no perfume oil, no candles, no relaxing atmosphere, and distraction: families with shouting children walking in the corridor by the door every 5 minutes.. I also really dont like when they start asking if you you would like to buy cosmetics from their shop in the end of your relaxation. My husband, though, received a pleasant massage with all nice atmosphere and a profesional massageur. For me (I have tried 4 massages) the best massageur was Paulina. The shower became a pool in 3 minutes. There are empty boxes of paper towels. One box of soap to wash everything. Certainly not a 4 star hotel. The building is old and when I got to the staff area by accident, I saw rotten walls and a horrible situation. The pound outside is ugly. Free secured parking only if you find a place. Breakfast: Croissans were like 2 days old. The table was dirty with melted candles. Almost no fresh fruits. The windows covered because of the renovation workers. I give 3 stars.

5 stars from me , clean and tidy rooms , an incredible wide range of breakfast, easy to get to town center by walk , nearby Nemunas river and highest watch tower in Lithuania, hotel has its own restaurant, professional and helpful receptionists, really good hotel , well located in town

The Hotel is certainly not 4 star (max 2). bathroom : terrible. Becomes 1 big pool after 1 shower, our showerhead was broken, sink got stuck. We had sort of kitchen which was unsafe for children, the kitchen was unuasble as there was 0 equipment (no pans, no forks knifes etc.) the bed was terrible ( creaking a lot). all furniture in the hotel are old and need to be redone. Restaurants food was average at best. Swimming pool and Spa mediocre . There is not much cleaning of your room and a lots of things are broken… I can continue even more. Do not book this hotel, because it is not worth their price.

Very poor hotel and services. The pool very small. The whole hotel needs renovation! The food not good at all. The staff is not friendly if you ask them for a help they do not mind: for e.g. there is no water/tea/coffee in the room (this is 4☆☆☆☆ hotel reallyyyy????) No shower gel etc.....this is the bad experience from lithuanian's hotel.
