From the time I stepped into the building I felt welcomed. Great staff, ALL OF THEM!!!! The rooms are comfortable, breakfast was amazing, and the entire stay was peaceful. Met new friends while standing outside, with great conversation. As a veteran with “non-visible” disabilities, it is sometimes difficult to find a place that feels like home away from home while going thru medical treatments. This property is accommodating and have no pet policy, but welcomes Service Animals. I will return soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was amazing. Smelled clean and fresh from the moment you walk in. Everyone was very helpful. And the pool was amazing. Only stayed one night because my husband was working in Birmingham but definitely will be back.

Terrible pillows. The staff were nice and the room was clean. I've stayed in this hotel approx 4 times over the last 2-3 yrs and the only complaint I ever have, and should have brought this up sooner, is the pillows. They flatten and for me, that makes for a miserable night. My brother had the same complaint. Upgrade the pillows and I'll be happy to stay there during every trhip to B,ham.

Most important to me was that it was very clean and I needed some rest while my family member was in the hospital. It had a small indoor pool which was nice, though I did not use it. It was close to the main road, but I couldn't hear the traffic.

Be careful of the deposit required Was very disappointed that I was informed that I had to give them a $100 deposit your site did not state this will never use hotel that come again.
