Very quite hotel, with beautiful view to the see. The pool/jacuzzi is not that big, yet it was nice spending a little time in it. Breakfast was nice, pretty basic but with good products. If you are looking for hotel with pool other facilities, it is not the place.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious, Amazing Breakfast and most of all the view over the clif to the maditrenean sea and the sea shore. Room were very clean, public Jacuzzi warm and convenient. Lots of towels and free coffee and tea at the lobby.

+ good location, fantastic view + very warm atmosphere, tasty breakfast, the personnel just looking for make your trip even better - there is no elevator in the hotel + spirit of good old famili-style European hotels

The landscape from the room is wonderful, the jacuzzy of the room is a perfect experience! The bed and the pillows are so comfortable!! The great air gave us a breath experience The garden and the Jacuzzy are so nice The food and the service are so great I would stay for more if I new all this

This was a very nice small hotel with a balcony view of the Mediterranean and the same view from the dining area. The people are very friendly and very helpful. the breakfast was great. This was our first time in Zichron Yaakov.

I had to leave the hotel because the room didn't have proper hot water, it felt moldy and my breathing felt impaired despite opening the windows which brought mosquitoes because the windows weren't fully screened. I couldn't sleep because the bed was uncomfortable as well. Hotel management leaves at 9:30pm leaving guests to wonder what is considered an emergency as they state on the front door. I had a very unpleasant experience and management was not accommodating - if anything, they made me feel worse than I already had. I paid more than $500 for two nights, only stayed in the property for a bit over 12 hours and wanted to make sure that others are aware of my experience to consider carefully before making the decision to do business with this hotel. The reception I received from management was one of arrogance and lack of hospitable behavior, which is not something one desires while on holiday.

What an f'd up operation. Girlfriend arrived exhausted with mother and child and reservations and were turned away . Said baby could not stay even though we were not informed prior. Had to scramble to find accommodations for the night. To add insult to injury they charged a nearly $300 cancellation fee

The hotel is very comfortable but be aware it isn't suitable for anyone unable to climb steps. The room we had was small but clean. However there were some maintenance issues. I think the bath towels provided were really small There was no in room information about the tourist sites or things to do. The breakfast was excellent and the staff really kind and helpful.
