The hotel seemed like its recently updated. The beds were comfortable and we had a good sleep. The room was of decent size too! Lots of room for us to roam around. Lots of stores and restaurants around the hotel making it very convenient us travellers.

We had a wonderful experience at the New World Suites. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

One of the best hotels in Bintulu with super friendly staff. Rooms really are superb - having stayed in suites and rooms - both excellent. Good breakfast. Any downsides - I’m not sure when the windows were last cleaned. All else superb.

i think the price is too high based on the standard hotel provided. RM 2XX is more reaonable.

good convenient location, overall design is good, furniture is good, quality of some hardware and the building is not that good, staff is nice, acceptable breakfast, price is not cheap, will stay here again if price is good.

This is a great hotel for Bintulu. Room size is large, lots of spaces. The furnishing looks great and make the room looks expensive. Bathroom is spacious too. Very considerate for muslim visitors. Sejadah, kain pelikat etc are provided in the room by default.

What can I say, this hotel exerts my expectation. It is spacious, clean, very hospitable and value for money. Our family arrive quite late to the hotel after after having our dinner. To be welcome so warmly after a tiring day of travelling is indeed a plus. Check in was fast and non hassle. Room was seriously big and the warm pressurized shower was amazing. If I had 1 complain it would be the bed is a bit hard for my liking but that would be it. Breakfast was also good, quite surprise that they even provide premium grade sausages. Not those thin ones. Kuddos! Paddy Cafe House,please keep it up. I will definely recommend for anyone to stay here and we will definitely make this hotel our go to should we be in Bintulu.
