酒店環境不錯，早餐豐盛，有免費接送的車（從酒店大堂到房間）。酒店工作人員很友好。但是房間隔音太差，可以聽見路上的車聲音

食物不錯，早餐蠻豐富的，酒店內很多娛樂設施。適合一家人出行。

房間有蟲子 但是酒店環境挺好的 像度假村

Suitable for honeymooners here.quiet and nice scenery if we booked a room which is on top of the hill.there's buggy services to and fro from lobby to room and room to restaurant.all staffs there are friendly and polite. M.Arvin the receptionist is very helpful and can rely on whatever guests needed.he recommended us to a nice seafood restaurant which is not really far and he even drive us to the restaurant after his duty.price also reasonable as we could get fresh live seafood.really a nice person M.Arvin. De Bintan Villa located quite far from shops.so my advice is do shop whatever you think you need before arrive to de bintan villa.

入住德民丹別墅小屋別墅真是愉快的體驗！我很高興能回來，這次我有機會嘗試他們的新小屋，享有寧靜的海景。這裡的工作人員令人難以置信，真正讓我的住宿感到溫暖和熱情。另外，房間乾淨得一塵不染，這讓它變得更好。 旅程在 Bobby 的幫助下順利開始，他來接我，讓駕駛變得舒適愉快。把我送回渡輪碼頭的Agus也很棒！ 在小屋別墅，Erni 和 Deka 總是帶著燦爛的笑容和友善的服務，確保一切都很完美。 開車送我往返於小屋別墅和懸崖咖啡館之間的安迪也非常熱情友好，這讓這次體驗更加愉快。 在Cliff Cafe，Suhardi和Seltiya提供了周到且樂於助人的服務，讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。 總的來說，這是一次非常溫暖和愉快的住宿，房間很棒，人們友善，笑容美麗。非常感謝你們所做的一切，我迫不及待地想再回來！

服務很糟糕，我們住的那幾天沒有熱水，當我們打電話給接待處時，他們的語氣很不耐煩，他們甚至沒有立即採取任何行動，所以 我們等了大約一個小時，我們第二次打電話，最糟糕的是他們就掛斷了我的電話！ 還有缺少的便利設施讓我們住得不舒服。

Nice location with great scenery. Must have a car for easier access, if not it’s gonna be tough. Surrendered by the forest and there’s a restaurant available. Kind of noisy when the insects are making noises. Got private villa which is good to stay too.

British mum and daughter, stayed 3 nights 4 days. This place was incredible. Right in the jungle, treetop stays - the photos and websites do not do it justice for what this place actually is. An infinity pool and whole villa to yourself overlooking the whole island. A cliff cafe with beautiful sunsets. I was taken back by this place. I have stayed in beach resorts on Bintan and they are nothing compared to this. If you really want the beach, stay one night at Lagoi bay then head to this place. So much more to offer and for the money, it’s ridiculous what you can get. The restaurant also was lovely food, something for everyone, discounted for guests. Also if you are into activities they have plenty, but we just chilled in our villa with our pool and it was serenity. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
