民丹島附早餐的飯店

酒店服務非常棒，每個人都是微笑的，有人會華語就更好了，酒店帳篷很大晚上拍照很漂亮，值得住一晚，假期會偏貴，帳篷裏面很大，完全想象不到，酒店的餐食很好吃，意大利麪和pizza超級好吃，衹是入住時間是三點，提前收拾好也差不多要兩點，酒店的帳篷是那種塑料的，會有味道，可能很新的原因吧，床單和枕套有的會不怎麼乾淨，還有底下趴着的沙袋沙發，也是很臟，其他都還好，體驗一次就好

我們十年前就來過民丹的這家clubmed度假村,此次是故地重遊，體驗和感受比以前還要棒。從我們第一天入村開始直到離開，感謝熱情可愛的GO小姐姐Kitty Zhu一直對我們周到的照顧，讓我們心情愉悦。度假村的活動和演出都很精彩，讓孩子們每天興奮無比。帥氣的法國村長在每天表演結束還會詳細的介紹團隊成員，這種充滿友愛的氛圍讓大家親如一家人，彼此充滿感恩之情。度假村的服務設施也很完善貼心，讓我們度過一個難忘的假期。謝謝。期待下次再見。

1. 酒店幾碼頭有一個多小時路程，然而並不影響體驗，酒店有shuttle bus接送，上車後馬上送上小餅乾，服務沒得彈；路有點顛簸，會暈車的朋友提前準備好； 2. 服務非常好，很讚； 3. 房間很大，空調居然不吵，驚喜； 4. 三個餐廳都試了，Rica Rica的印尼餐太好吃了，牆裂推薦！Pool bar晚上有樂隊表演； 5. 酒店的活動橡皮艇免費，游泳池免費，付費的好像也不少，沙灘好像並不大（或者我們沒發現）。 6. 防蚊液塗好，樹林裡蚊子追著人跑的。總之推薦指數滿格！

Our stay at Banyan tree was magical. The beach, poolside & villas are amazing & the service throughout the resort is heavenly. All the staff, from Sofyan at reception, to the housekeeping staff & poolside team make your stay a delight. From constantly giving you chilled water in glass bottles, to picking you up in golf buggies, the staff works tirelessly to make your stay effortless. We took advantage of the hotel's facilities, played tennis, used the small gym, took a mountain bike ride, watched the sea turtle release & had the amazing beach BBQ - there was plenty of relaxing & things to do if weather was cloudy. The team also went out of their way to make my birthday special, with flowers & towel art in the room & a birthday sing song - truly perfect! We recommend going to the Kelong Sea food restaurant for dinner. The breakfast at the hotel was great, but we found the wine to be very expensive at the resorts & beyond, so perhaps bring some with you. The Indonesian food at Cassia Hotel for lunch was delicious & well worth a trip. We used our driver, Haris, who collected us at the airport for any excursions & outings for massages etc. In short, a great, relaxing & unique holiday!

定酒店之前做足了功課，娜灣屬於bintan的老牌度假村酒店了，裏面很大，還有別墅區，度假村有兩個私人海灘🏖️人少！拍照很出片！四家餐廳（包括知名餐廳-奎龍海鮮🦞）一個spa館（需提前預約，價格適中） 有免費的接送服務（到bbt碼頭⛵️）度假村內也有免費的shuttle bus，可以去任意想去的地方 工作人員都非常熱情❤️check in旁邊的小屋子就能換錢，很方便！ 酒店提供免費自助早餐，不知道是不是我們去的太晚的，感覺種類有點少，不過無所謂～有沙灘就很開心～ 唯一不好的就是房間內廁所衞生打掃質量有待提高，浴池，浴簾和花灑都感覺臟臟的，希望可以注意一下…

環境唔錯，沙灘幾靚 2 bedrooms loft apartment 個設計，小朋友上上落落玩得好開心，個景都靚嘅 朝早早餐buffet 好少嘢揀，係幾surprise 嘅 但服務堅差，叫佢俾張被，等咗2個鐘，追咗2次都冇，要我哋見到走廊有員工執緊房先可以叫到佢哋俾 Book 酒店嗰陣已經birthday booster, check in 嗰陣confirm 4 點鐘嚟整，到6點都唔見人，要行去reception 先叫到人嚟整, 整出嚟個樣我真係唔識comment 自己睇圖啦 Order 咗bbq set, 話5點送過嚟，結果都係等到6點都唔見人，又係要行去reception 催，仲要冇人送，要自己托返去，真係唔知想點 🤷🏻‍♀️

This would have got an average rating had it not been for the staff - competent, professional and always willing to help. The facilities seem jaded maybe due to the Covid related lockdowns etc and some parts especially the toilets ( the toilet seat was almost black ) were a disappointment. The location is excellent with a fantastic sea view from the restaurant and the beach is clean for the most part. The villas are good with a nice private pool and decent sized rooms. Our requests for buggy to transfer us from our Villa to the main building were always attended to promptly. The a-la-carte food that we had in their restaurant- we tried the local Indonesian cuisine- was excellent but the breakfast buffet was average. When I had interacted with the staff after booking this place, I was told that late check out is subject to ‘availability’ but it clearly isn’t as they charge for every extra hour. This could have been communicated in a better way. There is room for improvement but overall we had a good stay as the property is quite good.

這家酒店的每一個細節都會給你驚喜，比如你下船後的抵達手續，到酒店的交通，熱情的歡迎儀式，當然還有令人驚歎的風景和酒店的殖民風格裝飾。 我非常喜歡這裏的工作人員，每個人都很熱情，他們照顧你，提供最個性化的服務。 為了去藍湖，我預訂了酒店的專車服務。司機哈迪非常熱情和耐心，給了我們很大的照顧。 離開旅館的那一刻，我就盼望着再回來。 This hotel will surprise you with every detail, such as the arrival formalities after you disembark, the transport to the hotel, the warm welcome ceremony, of course, the stunning scenery and the colonial decor of the hotel. I absolutely love the staff here, everyone is so warm, they take care of you and provide the most personal service. To get to Blue Lake, I booked the hotel's private car service. The driver, Hadi, was very warm and patient and gave us great care. The moment I left the hotel I was looking forward to coming back.

房間很大，設施齊全，衞生間是本露天很東南亞，酒店裡有人工泳池很大，唯一不足的游泳範圍用浮標圈着，範圍有點小，酒店服務員很熱情，有問題也積極解決，酒店到碼頭bbt每天有固定班車來回接送，5分鐘車程也很方便，晚餐還有bbq，可以在房間外面也可以選在餐廳就餐，我們選房間外，服務員會提早給你把餐布食物弄好，但是夏天蒼蠅很多，體驗感不好，個人建議還是在餐廳食用，總體來説酒店價格性價比還是很高，下次還會再來，酒店位置不靠海這點對於喜歡海邊的小夥伴不是太理想，希望酒店每天能安排固定班車來回接送海邊，對於休閑度假來説總體還是OK

友善的員工 。美麗的位置。不幸的是現在是季風所以沒有水上運動。感謝管家 Edi，她確保我的房間乾淨，並提供充足的水和冰塊。早餐很美味。菜單因新品種而變化。我們在蓮花咖啡館吃了晚餐。食物也很好。悅榕莊的番紅花也不錯，但是很貴。去榕樹做水療。很棒的按摩值得花的錢。休息和放鬆的好旅行。缺點是沒有購物場所，去哪裡都很遠。電視接收效果較差，有待改進。
