This is a unique place to stay and the perfect location for hiking at Lamington National Park. Camp sites are shadowed by trees, with washroom facilities close by, and the restaurant of the lodge is perfect to enjoy a delicious dinner after a long hike!

We are in our late 70s and wanted time away. It was excellent in both major categories: 1. Accommodation We had a studio in one of the lodges. Extremely comfortable. We could not fault the fitout. The facilities for self-catering were excellent, though a larger fridge would have been appreciated for a longer stay. 2. Restaurant We enjoyed the "Breakfast and Dinner" package. The breakfast platter (for 2) would leave some major hotels for dead. The dinner menu - while not overly extensive - still covered chicken, seafood, meat, and two vegetarian/vegan options. Our choices over a number of nights were cooked and presented to perfection. The bar had plenty of options, and we were well attended by the staff. 3. Walking trails Neither of us are as fit and flexible as we would like to be so we will not comment on the plethora of walking trails.

The Tiny Wild House was amazing. I live a very simplistic life and it was just the right amount of perfect for me. Very private and quiet. The views and sunrises from the Tiny house were spectacular, right from the bed or little deck. I had a very gusty weather front come through in the early hours of the morning and with all the wind and rain up on that ridge, I felt a little bit of movement in the Tiny House, but felt snug as a bug in a very comfortable bed, as I watched the amazing environmental changes come through, from the early dawn. The Teahouse was fantastic, great food and wines. Staff were wonderful. I Loved everything about Binna Burra.

We stayed in the adults only tiny wild houses and loved every second. So tranquil and to be surrounded by the beauty of the Gondwana Rainforest was truly special. Thoroughly recommend this experience. We purchased the daily breakfasts and nightly three course dinners for an extra special treat, and can’t recommend the food enough. A wonderful few days in the hinterland. Will be back for sure.
