IP 度假村及水療中心

When we arrived we proceeded to stand in line behind the ONLY other person in the check in line and that was also standing behind the lady checking in, in front of the ONLY person sitting at the check in desk. After a few minutes another man walked up behind us. The lady in front of us was called to the desk and then another lady walked up into the entrance on the other side of us. I was next but instead of calling me up she asked if I was VIP. I wasn't so she told me that I was in the VIP line and had to wait until the lady that had JUST walked up was finished before she could take me..... WAIT - WHAT??? There were NO SIGNS stating this line is for the people who are more important, the guy behind us even asked where was the sign stating that this was a VIP line. We asked for a manager, but she also dismissed the situation and said that she knows that the lines are not marked (so somehow we are supposed to know) and she was SORRY that it was a mix up. All of a sudden it was important that there be more than 1 person sitting at the desk. Neither of the two photos say VIP.

This trip very nice that we stayed here.

front desk at check in is not friendly. bell hop service was top notch. housekeeping was also wonderful, the guy at check out was great, but he was the only one.

This is the first time we stayed at the IP and we were pleased with everything from the check-in and food to check-out. We were not happy about the outside valet being closed as we had several pieces of luggage that we had to carry from the parking area into the hotel. Thank you and your staff for a lovely couple of days.

When I got there I was confused on where to park because it said ****** parking. I didn’t know we could park in the garage as well for the hotel. My family and I walked four floors down from the garage because we were very much misdirected. One of the staff did escort us to a different elevator because they seen us waiting a long time for one. The first lady we seen said she “would escort us to the service elevator, it shouldn’t take much longer”.  She seen us waiting for about 10 minutes before all us could get one on.
