This 7500 sq. ft. house is walking distance to restaurants and beach. Large porches with views. Secluded fenced yard with patios, gardens and a pool. Private off street parking exclusive to our guests. Six suites each equiped with with Roku loop TV's, microwaves, Keurigs, mini fridge and walk-in closets. Large common areas, intimate library, chefs kitchen. We are willing to do corporate rentals as each room has individual keypad locks.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Pool hours from 7:30am-10:00pm.For long term stays we provide the option of a cleaning fee of $400.00 per week for general house keeping and linen refresh..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
