美國 - 比靈斯- 西區長住飯店(Extended Stay America Suites - Billings - West End)

We arrived in the evening of our scheduled check-in, only to learn that the hotel had overbooked by 5%. We were told they no longer had any rooms available even though I had booked our stay two months prior. We were turned away with no place to stay that night.

Arrived to find out they had no room for me, they. Claimed ******* oversold the hotel by 7 rooms. Lady at front desk was rude and obviously upset. I ended up just leaving to find a room just down the street.

Staff was horrible and rude, smoked cigarettes and watched there phones.Breakfast area was disgusting and dirty.Staff seamed to be on *****!!!

Didn’t really know what to expect when I booked the room. We found it comfortably clean, quiet and the staff was very accommodating. Booked a second night and will be returning customers.

The property was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I am pleased with the service and once again enjoyed my stay. I will be going back.

I stepped on glass by the bed and cut my foot then they brought a vacuum for me to clean horrible service won’t stay there again

Staff was not great. The rooms stink and the area was noisy. Just not a good hotel for the price paid. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

It has to be the worst experience I’ve had in Billings so far unfortunately. Check in was great and the gentleman was great to work with. But when we got to the room it was freezing in there . It took forever to heat the room up and then the heater wouldnt shut off so it was hot as heck all night long, it very had to sleep. The shower would t get hot at all it was hardly lukewarm and the fan in the bathroom was so strong that you would freeze when you got out. The bed was so uncomfortable and there was no getting comfortable at all. You could feel every spring in the mattress. This is not the first time we stayed there but unfortunately it will be the last.
