Es la segunda vez que me hospedó en este alojamiento, es muy muy cómodo, cercano al metro, la atención es increíblemente amable, las habitaciones por lo general son muy grandes, limpias y modernas, lo único, esta vez tuve que coger habitación individual ya que no quedaba nada más, la cama aunque ya ponia que es individual... Pienso que sería increíble que fuera un poco más grande que 80cm, faltaba toalla de cuerpo grande, el perchero es al mismo tiempo la mesita de café.. lo cuál hacía imposible colgar la ropa como chaquetas largas y hervir el agua ... Recomiendo que lo cambien de sitio o la mesita de café y hervidor de agua o el perchero, por el resto todo bien.

Had a fantastic stay at Bypillow San Mamés Hotel! Prime location near San Mamés Stadium, modern and clean room, and friendly staff. Comfy bed for a great night's sleep. Delicious breakfast and excellent service. Highly recommend for a Bilbao visit! Will definitely return.

Location was close to the bus station but further away from the main attractions. Room was clean and well-maintained. Drinking water was provided as well, and the toilet had all the essential items. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Al ser un hostal pensábamos que el nivel sería menor que el de un hotel pero para nada. Fue una grata sorpresa. La entrada es como entrar en un bloque de pisos privado. Subes en ascensor privado del hostal. Recepción más que correcta y habitación perfecta. Todos los servicios y moderna. Pequeña, eso sí. Supongo que por eso es hostal. Ubicación genial.

I needed my boyfriend to stay over while I was traveling and this was the perfect place. This isn't a 5-star hotel, but it did the trick and we were very comfortable - here is why. PROS - Coming from Bilbao Airplane or taking Bus?...: It is close to 2 blocks from Bilbao Intermodal and if you are coming from the airport, this hotel is an easy walk from where the bus drops you off in San Mamés. The location is also SUPER safe. - Transportation: If you look down the street and cross it, you will also see the tram station along with the metro station. - Food?: There is food everywhere. This is Bilbao. Spend 2 euros (or really please buy a Barik card) and go into the city, you won't be disappointed. The best part about the tram is that it goes theoretically left or right. I live close to NYC so I understand it can be complicated, but the system in Bilbao, chef's kiss. - Bed/Room: Pro? The bed/room you get in sleek, modern, and for a REALLY CHEAP PRICE! Please don't hassle your way into spending a lot of money on a hotel in Spain. It is not truly worth it. Just get this place, feel comfortable, and safe. - Staff? There are not many, but the ones that are there will help and accommodate you. You just need to be nice. I say this because I went in to check in and someone was being helped. They weren't that nice to staff, so please remember, we are all human. CONS - Cleaning: I will say, the bathrooms were clean, but the headboard for me was dusty. It might have been that the room wasn't used a lot. But please don't worry, it did not effect my stay considering the price was reasonably cheap. - THE ENTRANCE!: You need to understand, their rating is a 2/5 stars but it is NOT because they are bad, in Spain it is based on what the hotel/hostels have and DON'T have. So what they don't have is a front reception. Listen closely if you are going to go here. Once you get on the street, you will need to buzz into the door as if you are requesting to go to someone's apartment. OR they will give you a code before hand. Once you go in, you need to go straight till you can anymore. Make a left and find the elevator. There you will need to press the
