Wer historische Gebäude liebt muss hier übernachten. Der Service entspricht dem königlichen Anforderungen. Wie im Film. Wir hatten sogar das Glück dem amtierenden König zu begegnen.

L'infrastruttura è carina e la camera grande. Tuttavia, la nostra camera non offriva acqua calda e neppure elettricità. L'interruttore elettrico si è spento 3 volte. Per fortuna abbiamo pernottato solo una notte. Non consigliamo questo hotel.

Es un lugar impresionante, un palacio de la realeza de Bikaner que te deja con la boca abierta. Seguramente tuvimos la habitación mas grande que jamás hemos visto, con unos techos altísimos, y 4 espacios (dormitorio, sala para maletas, sala de lavabo y ducha y otra sala para el W.C. En principio muy espectacular. Pero luego te das cuenta que las toallas son escasas y viejas, que falta papel higiénico (algo que parece muy común en los hoteles de la India), que el agua que te dejan de cortesía no es embotellada (por lo tanto un europeo no la puede beber sin arriesgar su salud estomacal), que el grifo de la ducha inunda todo el lavabo y que el servicio de lavandería te devuelve la ropa con manchas que no tenías. Una decepción. Por otro lado, el personal es muy amable, especialmente en el bar y la cena está muy bien. El desayuno es fantástico, personalizado y con mucha variedad. Les gusta en exceso poner el aire acondicionado, no es normal que pases un calor bochornoso durante el dia y que llegues al hotel y esté todo a 17 grados. En resumen: un lugar espectacular que necesita muchas mejoras de equipamiento y servicio. Si volviera a Bikaner, me buscaría otra opción. Este hotel me dejó un sabor agridulce.

One of the best stays in Rajasthan we have been through. We got a good price for the suite and enjoyed it here on a rainy day. The hotel facilities are beautiful and there are rooms for entertainment and games. There is also a large and spacious garden with everything that pleases the eye. The staff are good and do their best. In the morning there is a flute player who performs a distinctive Rajasthani tune.

The palace is really beautiful and big. Is far sway from the noises of the street. It was really impactful and an experience stay in this residence. The food is great, both dinner and breakfast, and rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly and kind. It was a wonderful stay!

The palace gives you the feeling of stepping back in time. The arches and domes, the facade, the furniture all give you a sense of nostalgia taking you back a few hundred years. The staff service was top notch, all our requests were handled in time. The only issue was the cold, the heaters provided were not enough to heat the rooms sufficiently. The hot water in the shower was lukewarm in the morning. But these minor inconveniences could be ignored in place of the service and the lovely stay.
