We were a little nervous when we pulled up to the property because it looked a little run down. But give this place a chance- the newly renovated rooms are excellent. It was appointed like a much more expensive hotel. The staff was also very friendly. We would stay here again if we ever pass through Big Spring again.

The check in was quick and the clerk was nice, the room was clean and bed comfortable. We will stay again next time we are in the area. The only downside was the floor in the room was slick and I fell in the middle of the night.

the paper with price that was email to me should match what they charge my card.. i use a company card to pay for this room and now i got to answer to my comany why the paper don't match the charge on the card

The whole reason I booked this hotel was because the website said it had an indoor pool and an outdoor (seasonal) pool. Upon check in we discovered they have no indoor pool and the outdoor one is not operational (understandable being March). When I tried to get my money back because of false advertisement the manager refused. She was also on the rude side.

Toilet clogged and had trouble flushing. Double charged for first stay and gave me the " run around". Second stay, the room smelled of urine. There was no shampoo in either room, just extra bottles of conditioner instead.
