拉格尼塔旅館(Lagonita Lodge)

The location is great right by the water. The 2 bed condo is very large and very fun during the day although feels a little creepy at night, but maybe that's just because of the area we're in. It would have been cool to be able to go up to the attic since it overlooks the living room, but perhaps that's not accessible for safety reasons.

Location was great. Honestly I would not book again. Building 3 had a fly trap but it just attracted all the flies and anytime we’d open our door we’d get about 5 flies into our room. Cleanliness is the reason why I wouldn’t go back. I got bed bugs as well. I slept with my children in the room so specially that bed, but my husband slept on the pull out couch (super thin mattress and uncomfortable, which is expected unfortunately) but he didn’t get bed bug bites. The only good thing is that we were there for Fourth of July and being lakeside the view was amazing both morning and evening.

La ubicación es buena y tienes acceso al lago, pero las condiciones del hotel dejan mucho que desear. Para empezar, las sábanas de la cama tenían PELOS, se nota que nos las cambian seguido y en general toda la cama (todas las colchas, cobijas y frazadas) se sentían y olían SUCIO (además de los pelos). Aparte de eso, el ruido es EXCESIVO si te toca algún piso de abajo. Se escuchan todas las pisadas de arriba, fueron dos días terribles en donde no pudimos descansar, este lugar tiene una energía de descanso y relajación pero definitivamente este lodge NO ES PARA DESCANSAR, se escucha todo, cruje la madera vieja todo el tiempo, si alguien que esté arriba de ti se levanta al baño en la madrugada, vas a escuchar TODO. No te hospedes aquí si quieres descansar y REZA que te toque un piso arriba porque si te toca abajo se escucha absolutamente todo. La calefacción del cuarto no la puedes ajustar a tu gusto (es automática) y siempre se siente frío, la cama aguada te hundes y se sienten los resortes, en la recepción solo hay galletas, mínimo deberían tener una maquinita con más snacks. TERRIBLE DE LAS PEORES EXPERIENCIAS DE MI VIDA, tuvimos que abandonar el lodge un día antes para ir a descansar a otro hotel en Pasadena, TERRIBLE, ESTE NO ES UN LUGAR DE DESCANSO.

We went for 1 night just to go to the snow. Big Bear it’s already a special place for me and my family, but it was more much special cos our 1 bed condo was so nice, spacious and comfy. We actually got there 1 hour and 20 min before our check-in time and no like other places, the guy very nicely without even mentioning the time, he help us and we were on our way to our condo. The place had a few signs of being old, but small details. This place was great n must likely we’ll be back.

Excelente lugar, la cabaña muy cómoda las instalaciones muy cuidadas y en buenas condiciones, está muy amplia y resulta muy cómoda para cuando vas en familia, éramos mi esposo y mi bebé y sin duda fue una estadía maravillosa, eso sin contar la hermosa vista al lago y que puedes bajar a pasar un rato agradable en las instalaciones de abajo, sin duda alguna nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí

Ivan, Diana and Mandy are the best! What keeps us coming is the low hotel price and the amenities! The only issue was, no fitted sheet for the pull out couch, no conditioner, no detergent for the dishwasher. And they did not vacuum.
