It appears as though the furnishings were sourced from a garage sale around Bear Lakes, with items that seem outdated, low-quality, and mismatched. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a poor and unacceptable quality for the rooms, including the beds and other essentials in the cabins.

This property is very poorly managed. After booking I was sent a link to check in and had to pay a $203 deposit. I was charged the same fee 4 times. Then I had to call the number in the email to get it sorted out and complete the check-in. It Was the wrong number and I had to call another number that person gave me. There is nobody onsite or nearby to help. No information on how to check out. Cabin I booked was not as described. Top bun is so low that you hit your head repeatedly if you’re on the bottom and try to get out of bed.

Cabin was cozy and provided many home amenities, clean and high quality sheets/blankets. We enjoyed our weekend getaway and would definitely book again!

This was our first time in big bear in the snow and it was absolutely amazing to stay at this little cabin

We were really excited about going to the cabin but once we got there we realized we were placed in the cabin without a kitchen. When we called customer service trying to correct the problem… we weren’t able to fix the issue or figure out how we can maybe pay less since we got a smaller room. Then when we tried to shower the water was so cold, when we called the operator she said we will TRY to get ahold of maintenance to fix the problem, (which means there was a possibility we would be showering in cold water for the next 3 nights). Eventually we had to call from a different number to have someone tell us that the manager would be out for another week which means there was nothing we could do. We will not be staying there again.

Cabin was small, but clean. Trash bin in front of property was overflowing and needed to be emptied.
