大熊湖Aspen Glen Picnic Area附近住宿

入住很順利,雖然前台只有一個代表,所以她不得不和我們和電話打交道,但她非常友好熱情,她給我們提出了很棒的推薦,吃的是橡木邊,房間很乾淨,我們住了3晚,並根據需要提供便利設施,沒有任何問題。這是一次很棒的住宿,我們期待再次入住!

We had an excellent enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s literally walking distance to the lake and the community per se it’s a convenient and perfect place to spend time with the family in beautiful Big Bear.

我拜訪大熊已經很多年了,但是總是和朋友一起租房子。當我和丈夫決定只上我們倆時,我們第一次嘗試預訂酒店房間。我們原以爲住宿會稍稍老一些,因爲大熊城的大部分地方都是這樣,但我們的房間超出了我們的預期。我們的標準特大牀房有壁爐,寬敞,非常乾淨,設備齊全(微波爐、小冰箱、銀器、咖啡機和杯子),所有東西價格都合理。我們隨時會來這裏,只要一間房,而不是租房子。

Rooms are just normal but the common area is great. Snooker table, coffee machine, sofas, fireplace. You can chill there with your friends after exciting day at Big Bear area

Great location. It’s very close to grocery stores, The Village,and attractions. We also went to The Barn Bowling Alley and Swim Beach/Ski Beach, and everything was close by. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It’s very roomy and has a rustic modern feel. It was clean and we loved the full kitchen. Our family of four enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book here again. The pool was a perfect temp. We come to big bear every summer in August. We find most places don’t have AC. This place provided fans and we brought an extra from house. Each room also has a ceiling fan. The place cools down really quick. All the staff were so nice. I called ahead and asked for a first floor due to a recent knee injury. They were able to accommodate. The bathroom showers even had rails in the shower which was a bonus.

我們在星期五下午到達。這個地方是美麗而懷舊的。我們檢查了一下，房間很不錯。。。我們離開並於當晚返回，發現我們沒有暖氣。我問為什麼Forster暖氣因為41度而不能工作，我衹不過是毯子和地暖。維修人員說：“這不僅是我可以打開的開關，而且我不知道該怎麼辦。我妻子幾年前進行了大手術，並切除了脾臟。因此她容易感冒。因此，我們擁抱起來，接下來的幾個小時，樓上的人們來回搖動整個地板。我最多凌晨三點打電話給前台，讓這些人無濟於事。.我們住了一晚，沒有睡眠，我感到非常沮喪，以至於我們退房時想補償我的房間。有人告訴我他們無能為力，因為我通過你們預定了房間。
