The living room is ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes or exploring the nearby trails. A 65" smart TV in the living room & an additional smart TV in the dedicated work space. Two inviting downstairs bedrooms, renovated kitchen, expansive lounging area for dining, frisbee golf & darts all on a 1/3 lot. providing boat/rv parking.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
