The door is difficult to open and lock. The room lighting is so dim. Not enough lightings. The wash basin in the toilet did not work. Couldn’t drain out the water. The meals are good enough for both dinner and breakfast. The dune sunset watching is the best part of the stay.

Struttura bellissima in mezzo al deserto, camere ben arredate dotati di tutti i comfort seppur mantenendo lo stile tradizionale. Personale gentile e molto disponibile, appena arrivi ti offrono il caffè e ti danno una salvietta fresca. Al tramonto ti portano sulle dune (incluso nel prezzo). Ci sono escursioni per tutti i gusti a prezzi ragionevoli. Purtroppo essendo andati in bassa stagione non abbiamo potuto usufruire di colazione e cena a buffet, ma ci è stato servito un menù fisso (incluso nel prezzo) buono. Consiglio vivamente, noi sicuramente ci torneremo!

We stayed 2 nights here and this was probably about the right amount of time. If you only stay one night there is not much time to do many activities. We had a great time and enjoyed the whole experience. The wide range of activities offered were good and the dune bashing and quad biking was fun and we would recommend this. Someone on Trip Advisor complained about having to pay extra for these activities but there is such a variety it would be difficult to include everything in for free and keep the room price realistic. While there are a few other camps in the area this is the best one. The rooms are in tented suites. While not luxurious in the conventional sense compared with a hotel in Muscat they are great for staying in the desert. They were very comfortable. We stayed in a Deluxe Villa which we would recommend as there is living room area. We also used the spa and would recommend this. Much better value then in some of the hotels in Oman. The food is not the best we had in Oman and we found that they ran out of food if you did not eat early enough in the evening. The desserts had usually gone by the time we got to that course. Breakfast was also difficult as we were also having to track down missing items such as cups, cutlery, etc. However eating outside was nice because of the views. We also enjoyed the musical entertainment in the evenings as it added to the experience.

Magnifique hôtel au pied du desert. Il propose de nombreuses activités et le personnel facilite l'accès à celles-ci. Les repas sont délicieux, les buffets du petit déjeuner et diner sont variés et délicieux. On se sent très bien dans ce camp. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et très sympatique. Je recommande totalement cet endroit.
