波特蘭公園飯店(Pontlands Park Hotel)

A lovely relaxing hotel where we have stayed before. Ideal for a long weekend. Has become a bit pricey ( as has everything these days!). I noticed a few small things which were not to my liking this time. Eg. No shower cap provided in bathroom, no choice of wholemeal bread, no choice of milk at breakfast (unless you ask), no alternative to butter provided for breakfast toast. Swimming pool was packed with non hotel residents could hardly get into the changing room so I gave it a miss. Still a lovely place but noticeably slipping a bit.

The location was very quiet and facilities were very good.Staff helpful and friendly and free breakfast was really good.Didn’t get to use the swimming pools but will definitely book again.

Ver nice hotel. The mattress on the bed was slightly uncomfortable. Coffee tray was a bit poor. A coffee machine would have been a nice touch considering the cost of the room. Not sure breakfast was worth £20.00 either on reflection.

Fantastic stay with a welcoming, clean and friendly environment. Stayed with our two year in tow and staff were very happy to make him feel involved and welcome. Highly recommend this to anyone.

We decided to book this hotel as away with friends near London. Hotel was nice and staff great but our room looked tired and the bed was awful!!! Mattress far too soft and hotel should have air conditioning for the price we paid. Food was ok busy crazy expensive! For me this hotel is 7.5/10. I am ********** gold member so stay in many hotels every year.

Wonderful place to stay with the family. Staff were amazing.

Would of been handy to have a fridge in the room as needed for my childs milk. TV is outdated.

Nice hotel very close to Chelmsford Town centre. Good facilities and pleasant and helpful staff
