Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered. Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time. At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave. At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here. This hotel is the "Fawlty Towers" of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

Good stay, a short walk to the beach, clean and helpful staff.

Hôtel très bien situé à l'écart du centre ( 1.5 km environ)dans un bel environnement, parking gratuit( non fermé). Ce qui à Biarritz est un luxe car se garer hors parkings très chers est quasi impossible. Chambre de belle surface à la déco minimaliste, très bonne literie, mais salle de bain propre mais vraiment petite. WC trop près du lavabo. Belle salle du petit déjeuner avec vue sur mer, produits de qualité. Accueil professionnel, pour un tarif très compétitif pour Biarritz. A conseiller

Hôtel en dehors du centre ville mais très bien placé. Parking à disposition ce qui est confortable. Plage juste en face. L hôtel est très calme et chambre agréable. Tout le personnel est agréable de l accueil au femme de ménage. Hôtel bien insonorisé pour un sommeil agréable
