Établissement très propre,bien décoré. Très bien situé avec parking payant a proximité. Personnel très serviable et à l'écoute. Literie confortable et petit déjeuner copieux avec produits locaux.Seul bémol le manque d'insonorisation de la cage d'escalier et bruits de la rue le matin pour nous habitant la campagne

Accueil très chaleureux, le personnel est vraiment super, petites attentions pour les enfants, superbe hôtel, tres propre et tres joli, situé idéalement a 2 pas de la plage du Port Vieux et des rues piétonnes.

Vous pouvez vous y aventurer les yeux fermés ! Décoration très classe et accueillante, chambre propre et bien entretenue, il n’y a rien a dire. Le petit déjeuner est excellent : notamment l’assiette basque ! L’emplacement est parfait : proche de la plage, du centre ville et des commodités. Le personnel est à l’écoute, très sympathique. Petite mention pour Thierry que nous remercions tout particulièrement pour l’accueil ! Je recommande a 100%, je n’hésiterai pas à retourner à cette adresse si l’occasion se représente !

En general, todo perfecto. La ubicación es inmejorable. Puedes ir a pie a todos los sitios. La suite tiene todas las comodidades y está todo limpísimo. Y la atención de Thierry es fantástica. Volveremos seguro!

Ottima struttura in posizione strategica vicinissima al porto vecchio e al centro. Interni curati nei particolari. Gentilissimo il sig. Thierry e ricca la colazione. Camera bella e ottimo letto. Peccato solo mancasse l'ascensore.

Nous avons logé en suite. La chambre est grande équipée d un coin salon, sanitaire et douche séparé. L accueil est parfait. Le petit déjeuné est conseillé, car avec de très bons produits frais.

The staff was very friendly and kind and helped us find places to eat and see around the area! It was a great check-in experience and the room was clean and very nice, great location too. Staff was amazing!

Excellent choice for us to stay at this hotel. it is easily walkable to the beach and nearby restaurants and shopping. Thierry was an excellent host and always at the ready for us, breakfast was delightful. Will stay here on our next Biarritz trip.

Stayed in a family room with our two teenagers for 9 nights. The room was spotless, nicely decorated, and the shower has the best water pressure ever! The hotel is in a superb location. It's on the doorstep of the restaurants, shops and bars. And a stone throw from the beach at Port Vieux. We were in Biarritz for surf and the Cote des Basques is just around the corner, about a 15 minute stroll. The manager is a great host, always welcoming and enthusiastic to help. We hope to be back soon. Thanks for having us. The Ryans
