The staff were very friendly! However, this was a motel standard not a hotel. They need to update the rooms. The restaurant was horrible the food took more than 30 mins and tasted horrible. I ate toast and jam, and fries. All other meals were off property. Do not stay here with any expectstions. Great location, great staff.

Very bad food

We had serious issue from day one. Some were addressed and we let that go, but between the food and the water, we had enough. If we could have, we would have gone to another hotel, but the ones nearby were booked. If I am paying for a hotel and have NO WATER to shower and brush my teeth, that is an issue. We spoke with management multiple times and we left with no resolution.

Staff and environment friendly and welcoming. The meal selections could have had more variety.. eg have a catch of the day, items listed should be available without last minute substitutes. The private events did impact on the residence access to the dining room, dining room bar, pool and services on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We were pretty well room bound without services as the staff were consumed with the their event duties.

The menu needs updating because items listed on the menu is not available. The food takes a long time to arrive to the table.

This will become my home away from home. I had a good nite. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The ambiance is inviting.

Despite arriving much later than planned, reception and then the bar/restaurant staff were excellent.

This place was really good for the price. The staff did their best to make us comfortable. The food was decent and the prices wasnt bad. Valentines dinner was nice.
