Terrible hotel, especially the staff. We complained about the hot water, but instead of helping, the staff argued with me in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way, even shouting and trying to provoke us. Stay away from this hotel. I don’t know how Trip.com can even list this business.

The staffs were supportive and amicable. Timely and Sound room service. Stayed in this hotel last week .Had a wonderful experience with this hotel . Staff in this hotel is very friendly . As this is new hotel the facilities and ambiance was really good . It was worth staying in this hotel .

The checkin is seamless and the best part is that about their cleanliness it was top notch. Just worth it for the price they are charging.

The hotel environment, room cleanliness, staff behaviour ,check in and check out everything was amazing i had booked so late check in was permitted. If u r doing late check in just call the hotel that simple it was all the amenities provided by the hotel was high quality and hygienic surly recommended to all

A calm & private place , there is a movie theatre nearby so it's good for time to pass, City Bus stop & food joints are also at a walking distance so the overall experience was good. only the size of the room was a bit small.

Well behaved, I have checked in so late, Still they take calls and easy check in...................
