Took a trip to relax and Fern Hillside resort really provided that ambience. From the scenic views from the room to thier cozy and victorian vintage theme everything was satisfactory. The food was excellent and staff was really helpful and quick. We went on an off season time and the occupany was not much at that time but they really made us feel special and did not comprised on thier sevice due to low occupany. They have option of hiring car for wandering and parking is available too. The place has a functional pool and spa as well.

e hotel's location is superb, with a beautiful atmosphere and outstanding staff. The receptionist and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, creating a great first impression. The hotel surpassed expectations in all areas, showcasing impeccable cleanliness, stylish decor, and spacious rooms, complemented by excellent service during dinner. The food was good and offered great value for money, with attentive and efficient service. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable.

Service and the food are up to the standard, green property, food is really delicious, breakfast buffet had a lots of varieties very thankful to chef Dhami and Bhanu Prakash in the Restaurant, are very helpful out standing service highly recommend for anyone.

The property is one of the best properties I have been at, the staff Vinita is polite and helpful and I really enjoyed my tine here The games and the activities were great and the buffet too was varied. Would highly recommend the place...........

Good hotel. Clean and well maintained. Reception and check in was fast and trouble free. Staff very cooperative. Excellent service and comfortable stay. Front desk Vinita took good care of us during our stay. Extremely polite, ready to listen

Excellent location & equally supportive team - Mr Dinesh, Ms Vineeta & Mr. Harshit. The staff was very welcoming and generally dedicated. Very pleasant stay and lovely time with the hotel views. A great recommendation to plan a stay at. Thank you for the great time. :)

Excellent stay Beautifull view Delicious food Cooperative Staff scenic mountain view. The Fern Hillside Resort in Bhimtal is at good location. The resort's amenities, combining luxury with leisure, good restaurant.specialy gm mr sinha is a very helpful and nice person.
