Nous avions des bungalows très agréables. Le jardin est très beau, nous avons également apprécié la piscine. Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Repas bons, buffets pour tous les repas. Guide très intéressant pour les activités que nous avons beaucoup appréciées.

Room is not ready when arriving at 2:30pm. Just ask to wait until 3:30pm. Jungle safari walk is disappointing. The guide doesn’t count the number of guests. Almost missing one person if I don’t remind. One guide needs to take care of 13 guests which cannot take care of all guests. Jungle walk is less than 5 mins, just walk from canoeing drop off point to elephant feeding center. The guide mentions it is too risky, so does not follow other guides walking towards the jungle. For safari ride, the guide shows no interest to look for wild animals, rather than bird observing. Stopping the cars at place with nothing to see. It is a waste of money. Suggest not to stay in this hotel.

Ottimo hotel vicino al parco nazionale di Chitwan. Personale gentile e belle escursioni sia in canoa che in jeep e a piedi nella giungla. Il nostro programma, così come quello della maggior parte degli ospiti, prevedeva una visita del villaggio al primo giorno e le escursioni al secondo, con uno spettacolo locale alla sera. Check out il terzo giorno. La guida (Mahendra) molto brava e preparata, ve la consiglio: con lui abbiamo visto due rinoceronti da vicini senza correre alcun rischio. Wi-Fi buono, ma solo nella hall. La linea cellulare non prende. Orari molto precisi sulla colazione, il pranzo e la cena. Excellent hotel near Chitwan national park. Friendly staff and beautiful excursions by canoe, jeep and on foot through the jungle. Our program, as well as that of most guests, included a visit to the village on the first day and excursions on the second, with a local show in the evening. Check out on the third day. The guide (Mahendra) was very good and prepared, I recommend him: with him we saw two rhinos up close without taking any risks. Good Wi-Fi connection, but only in the lobby. The cell line does not take. Very precise times for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I stayed at this hotel with my guest. This is the best hotel in Chitwan, great location, and friendly staff. The tour guide/jungle guide (Deepu) is very experienced. I highly recommend this hotel for the Chitwan jungle safari tour.

Good place to stay. We were initially booked in a room in the main building. The room was nice and clean. It had a loft with a single mattress and a nice balcony. Unfortunately the AC wasn't working and we had to shift to the wooden cottage. The wooden cottage are really compact rooms. No telephones, No TV available in the room. Also though kettles are available for tea in the rooms we noticed that Milk powder is not provided in hotels in Nepal. We did request for milk powder but were given an expired product. We had all our meals at the lodge. Buffet is limited but food is good. They try and cater to both Indian and foreign guests. Just need to add some snacks in between too as sometimes the gap is really long between meals. The staff at the resort are really nice and helpful, specially the ones at the restaurant. Always around to help. They did provide us with tea and some bread Butter in between meals when we were hungry 😊. The village walk, safari, evening program was all well arranged and kept us busy.
