We stayed in Anandavan resort in a tree top room. The room was spacious however the bathroom was a disappointment. The shower was not working, the amenties were old. The photo sent by Andavan's sales team Frank was quite different than the actual bathroom when asked after check-in he had no explanation. The property is not well managed and needs renovation. It's overall high priced including food Breakfast spread is very limited. The staff is courteous and friendly and the view from resort and room is good . With the price of 16k per night, you could stay at sula or igatpuri rather than staying in Andavan resort. Overall I was very disappointed with the stay.

The resort is located in a beautiful location.You will love the sunsets especially.Room was nice and clean.Service was also good.In case you come with kids try to take the rooms near to restaurant else be ready to climb the stairs.Special mention about the breakfast.They have plenty of options and the best part was you can have it in the lawn and can ask the staff to serve you stuffs there. Overall very nice experience.I bet this place will look more amazing during rainy season nevertheless March was also not so bad with good location,Lovely food and good options for indoor games.

This is probably the best property in Bhandardara. Located near the main market and dam, and yet away from the hustle-bustle. The staff is extremely prompt and courteous and accomodating. Room service was fast. Even despite the continuous rains and winds, the food in the room service came pretty fast and hot. Special mention to Ms Nishi at the front office and Ms Sushma at the restaurant for making our stay really comfortable and delightful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy, although there was a small problem with the sanitation. Also, our room lacked a balcony/open space, so that was a bit of a put-off considering the high tariff one pays in the post covid era. Overall, I would rate my experience as very nice.

The staff was very cooperative and welcoming. Destination was beautiful and resort us well maintained. Food was extremely good and reasonably priced. Overall great experience. It rained also so the weather was perfect. Must go in monsoon. Perfectly located.

Amazing resort in an amazing, less explored, less commercialised location for a peaceful stay. The staff courtesy, hygiene, food quality, service etc are excellent.
If you are the one who would like to spend couple of day's stay with a feeling of home away from your own home, suggest you to go for lake view suits. ..ideal during monsoon or winter only.

Good place, perfect for family and friends. It's nature touch makes you feel calm and gives the best experience close to nature.
Food was excellent, lunch, dinner and specifically the breakfast.
Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Best Stay till date !!
