維迪亞住宿飯店(Hotel Vidya Residency)

The property was good but staff were highly inefficient. The receptionist was taking several minutes to check in. They charged us rs. 2000 for an early check in which was very surprising. The staff was behaving as if we will run away without paying them.

One of few quality hotels in Bhagalpur Little english spoken in area and the manager Mhd Saani was very helpful with arrangements. Situated in quiet side street. Nice roof top terrace and good restaurant. Room was clean and well appointed.

1st taking about the location:the location is very interior. If you are coming by your car the road is very narrow for the car entry. Secondly we booked an executive room for 3 person. it was just mentioned extra bed for third person. But they just provided a mattress without any cot and also the room space was very small to fit the mattress. Third we had booked the room with complementary breakfast. For the breakfast options they don’t have buffet. They provide a la carte. And in that they have just 1-2 options. The waiter is very rude. He responds to you after waiting for very long time. There was rush in the hotel and we waited for half an hr to give the order for breakfast. That too he was really rude to us. We really had a bad experience.

The hotel rooms are well maintained and equipped with most modern amenities. The staff is superb and very helpful. They took real good care of us. Other than not having hot water for shower everything went well. The staff provided half a bucket of water so we managed to take a quick bath. Yes, it wasn't ideal but we made it work. The roof top restaurant has pretty good selection of food options from north indian, south indian and indo chinese. Overall a good stay and i would recommend this hotel.

My stay was comfortable. Hotel is clean and we'll furlished staff curtious only grouse i had was there was no fish dishes available until i had to pure order it. Also approach to hotel is thru a very narrow lane.

Nothing works from wifi to hot water. There is no buffet in the breakfast. When i complained the lady staff in the reception did not even bother to say sorry.

I stayed in hotel vidya residency, bhagalpur for one night. The people at reception are worst and don't know how to deal with customer. In this hotel they switch of the geyser and there is no hot water even if you complain they don't listen to you and instead act arrogantly. Also they switch of electricity at night and they don't do anything about it. Their manager subhash kumar srivastava is the worst person, when i called him on phone he was shouting as if he was doing a charity on us. Please don't stay at this hotel ever.

Food was very flavourful ...restaurant ambience was very nice....staffs are very much cooperative and receptionist was always helpful....will visit this hotel multiple times and recommend others to enjoy the exclusive services of this Vidya Hotel in Bhagalpur...👌👌👌🥰🥰🥰
